In general I only go to Arby's maybe once every year or two because it's not close to where I live or go. And I've never received fresh food at this Loveland location. Last time I went to this location, the meat was dry and didn't taste good or fresh you know how meat just gets that old flavor.
But on a recent road trip late at night and Arby's was the only thing opened in a The only small town for another hour. I I very hesitantly gave Arby's another try and it was amazing! (NOT this location!)
So tonight I decided to give this location another try even though it's Not nearby me. I got there at 10 :18 p.m... and made sure to Google that they were still open and Google said they were open until 10:30.
However, I got there and the workers inside had very obviously closed up early because the entire restaurant was broken down, one staff was taking the trash out and leaving and someone was mopping the floor and clearly the entire front and back of it had been shut down and cleaned and closed out.
I figured sometimes Google doesn't always have the updated hours. So I walked up to the door and sure enough the hours on the store door said they were open until 10:30 tonight. But they were NOT open. Not only were they not open but it was obvious they had started breaking down the kitchen, cleaning and closing a while ago... Even though I arrived at 10:18.
We all know what it's like to have a craving late at night to wear your willing to drop everything you're doing and drive across town... It's frustrating to get there in time, only to find out that the employees decided to close the store early and for the what appeared to be no reason. (Employees are still in the store so obviously it's not on fire, gas leak, etc. And they're definitely isn't a day at home weather order right now.)
I actually wasn't the only one who pulled up...
Read moreThe only time I ever come to Arby's. The summer return on their Chicken salad sandwich. It's the closest chicken salad to my homemade one, but I don't have to chop everything up myself so it's a win-win for me! 😊 I'm glad that their sandwich is consistently good. It never disappoints. It's not a healthy option by any means (at 840 calories) but still, it's a cold option on hot days and "feels" lighter than a heavy burger. The ingredients are always fresh, juicy grapes, crispy lettuce and celery, crunchy sweet apples and the soft whole wheat bread. Yum! This location has some very friendly staff and I VERY much appreciate that they have so many seniors on staff. I ordered my food to dine in but got it to go instead of dining in. I always get the unsweetened tea with this sandwich and it always tastes freshly made. The only reason for the 4 stars is the manager or shift leader, whoever is in charge there today. You can hear her being loud and rude to the employees by correcting their "little mistakes". No need to talk to you employees in a harsh and condescending tone. And respect your elders. Be a nice human being, you catch more bees with honey than with vinegar. If I've learned one thing after being a director or manager for many years....you're a much more effective leader if you follow the golden rule, treat others how you wish to be treated. I'm sure your guests don't want to be hearing you belittle your employees while trying to enjoy their food. Otherwise, all...

Mmmmmmmm...their Jamocha shake is like heaven on Earth 🖤 But their service is horrible. My husband and I tried to go here the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we got there at 10 pm, we should have been able to go through the drive thru. All the lights were shut off but we could still see people inside. So I called while sitting in the parking lot. They told me that they were allowed to close early because of Thanksgiving....the next day!!! That doesn't make a single bit of sense to me. I think they were just using a holiday as an excuse to not have to work.
Updated If o could give it any less than 1 star I would. I thought they just closed their store early because of Thanksgiving. Turns out it doesn't matter what time of day, year or anything else it is, they just close when they feel like it. Tried to go there on a Friday night almost an hour before they actually close. The sign in the front window said "Drive thru Open". It sure as hell was not. Not a single light was on in the drive thru. Go to the front of the building and the doors are locked and employees are just standing around doing nothing. This place is a joke. I have never been so disappointed. Their shakes (Arby's as a whole, not just this branch) are to die for. But because of this they just lost a customer. And I hope someone that is in a position to do something about this see my review and actually changes something...
