This is now the absolute worst place to eat!! The worst sub sandwich I ever had!!! I don't know who owns this place but they need to have it staffed better. You definitely can't blame the poor people that work there. The day crew leaves too much work for the the night crew. Especially when there's only 2 people working there and they have to put the freight away too. The owner of this establishment needs to visit his or hers business more often!! It's suffering bad!!! Take care of your people and they will take care of you!!!!! Today I went again although I wasn't sure how the experience would be. Come to find out that this store is OWNED BY A CONGRESSMAN!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!! I bet his pockets are lined with money, because he certainly doesn't give 2 hoots about the people that help put that money in his fancy pants. There's always 1 person that works in the evening and yes on Friday and Saturday nights. This place is ALWAYS out of something, dirty because 1 person running the store has a hard time keeping up on the duties because he apparently can't afford to have 2 people working in the evening. This congressman apparently doesn't care about the people who work for him nor the customers that keep giving their hard earned money to him. The food is not bad, the service is always pretty good (considering what they have on their plates each shift). I truly feel sorry for the staff that is there. If Mr Congressman Rob could staff his store and keep. up on the maintenance, and the care of the staff he would probably line his pockets even more!!!!! Ordering online for pickup is pointless at this location. Even though you're a customer and you're ordering for pickup and you show up after the food is supposed to be ready, they will not apparently make your food if there's customers in line in the store.
MATTHEW just told me to my face that the line of customers comes first. I thought the whole purpose of ordering online is so you didn't have to stand in line and they did the orders as they came in not as they felt they had time to do them.
So they don't care if you're a customer if you're not standing right in front of them. Your order is not a priority if you place it online.
MATTHEW is extremely unprofessional and rued his co-workers on top of that.
Just kept saying they had a line out the door, which they didn't because I parked outside 10 minutes before I went inside and it was never out the door. I waited for them to literally have nobody in line before going inside to pick up my orders, cuz they tend to not put chips and drinks aside for the online orders And I hate having to interrupt them to tell them I need to complete the order they didn't do.
So after MATTHEW told me all of this, he said that they were going to make my orders right now. But he didn't make them at all. He continued to help customers in line with their orders while one guy was expected to make all three of mine and my co-workers orders. So I had to wait even longer because a new customer came in the store.
MATTHEW snapped at the other co-worker several times in a way that made me and the customer that he decided to help in front of me roll our eyes. He was also inappropriately flirty with her instead of just doing his job and making sandwiches.
Really gross experience with MATTHEW and I'll avoid this place if I ever see him in...
Read morePersonally I did not experience an issue during my visit here, because I ordered online. However, the sandwich artist with the name tag “Guy” made me extremely uncomfortable with how he was treating other guests. Two men, who were in line behind me, ordered 4 six inch subs. That was the first thing that set “Guy” off. He slammed down the sub papers angrily. Then the guys tried describing how they wanted their sandwiches made and angered “Guy” even more. Apparently they could’ve gotten cheaper subs if they did it differently. Guy was rolling his eyes in a very obvious way and his tone was condescending. I looked around at his 2 other co-workers to see if they’d do anything about it but they didn’t. One seemed to look up at Guy as if he was taking it all in, but neither of them stopped Guy from mistreating the customers. Guy is bigger and seemed prone to violence, so I don’t really blame his co-workers for not intervening. But my question is this: Is this really the type of person you want representing your business? I would absolutely not hire him to work with the public. I know that everyone has bad days, but no one was doing anything to Guy for him to be mistreating people.
