Loveland Coffee is my go-to and a place I show off to friends who visit. I love coffee shops and enjoy taking in the atmosphere while journaling, sketching, or reading. This shop has great staff who get along with the customers as well as each other. It feels like my coffee is being made by a team and not a conveyor belt.
Since moving to Loveland in 2022, I haven’t had coffee that even compares to what they serve here. The flavors are consistent and they have a good amount of specialty drinks. We have also bought their coffee beans for home brewing and are never disappointed.
Pricing here is super reasonable. I pay less here for better coffee than I would at any of the convenience coffee places (Ziggi’s, Starbucks, Dutch Bros). If you’re looking for craft coffee like Dark Heart you might not find it here but the prices can’t be beat for the taste and consistency.
I like that they have different types of table seating and more of a lounge area. The artwork they have up is gorgeous and in the front corner is a rotating space for local artists to display and sell their work. They also have local pottery, stickers, jewelry, and plants for sale. The atmosphere leaves me wanting for a little more but feels like it...
Read moreI'm giving LCC two stars for the lattes my husband and I had a couple of weeks ago, they were good. We have family in town now and decided to take them there today. I don't think that what we had can even be called coffee, as there was barely any detectable. Every one of us agreed that it tasted (and looked) a lot like warm milk. I felt awful because I'd talked everyone out of going to another place, and then we ended up going there anyway. I don't enjoy feeling ripped off, and now regret not bringing it up with management. But I also wasn't in the mood for confrontation and awkwardly asking them to replace all those coffees at once when it was already an embarrassing situation. So we won't be back, but I'm really disappointed because we did enjoy our first experience and liked the atmosphere. I value supporting local business but just can't justify spending money where there's such a lack of...
Read moreIt was a little disappointing to see 2 young ladies, probably 14, standing at the counter trying to come up with the money to get what they wanted. The person behind the counter let them stand there for about 20 minutes or so (before I realized it), trying to dig through their backpacks, pockets, and making phone calls to get the money. I walked up and asked them if they were short on funds, and they, embarrassed, said yes. When I asked them how much they needed, I couldn't believe they only needed $1.00! It's disheartening to see that this establishment couldn't or wouldn't help out their customers. I happily gave them the funds they needed, allowing them to go on about their day with a smile on their face! It's sad to see that the kindness that we adore so much in Loveland wasn't there when it came...
