Arby's — Restaurant in Lowell

I came during the middle of lunch rush. The truck in front of me obviously was there to complain. I sae several exchanges through the windows between them. When I got to the window I watched (out of the corner of my eye) the employee obviously fixing yhe prior issue in the system. When she opened the window she was still very pleasant and helpful. I ordered the waffle sweet potato fries. She asked if I wanted any sauce. I wasnt sure so I asked what she recommended. The honey mustard:) the employee behind her recommend berry bronco. I said "I'd try it". I got both! One of each and well wishes! I will be back, the food was food but the service was even better during the super busy time....

I was waited on by Nida, she yelled back my french fries from the register while I was placing my small order. The fries I received were anything but made fresh, my chicken wrap was good. I was very perturbed eating inside and having to listen to all the loud talk happening behind the counter up front. It was ridiculous of all 3 employees there to be talking so loud when there is any customer inside. This Nida needs to learn some common courtesy and quit yelling what she needs to the back. She could have easily walked back there and told them beings I was the only one she needed to wait on. I have always gotten freshly made crinkle fries that's why I order them except...

I love arby's. However today my experience was horrible. Customer service was the worst I've ever seen!!
