Fiesta Eastern Fusion: A Must-Try in Downtown Lowell
Fiesta Eastern Fusion, a new addition to Downtown Lowell, offers a fantastic All You Can Eat (AYCE) hot pot and Korean BBQ experience. Priced at $35.99 per person (plus $5 for both options), it’s a great value. Convenient parking is available at the Joseph Downes Garage or on John Street.
We visited around 6 PM and were seated immediately. The hot pot broths—pork and Szechuan Spicy—were flavorful and customizable with seasonings from the sauce bar. Both hot pot and BBQ had excellent protein and side options, all fresh and well-prepared.
The service was excellent, with the small team checking in regularly and welcoming feedback. Note that there’s a $15 charge for to-go boxes, so only order what you can handle to avoid waste! The restaurant also offers dishes beyond the AYCE menu, making it versatile for future visits.

Read moreFirst time in. 5 girls and we decided to do the hotpot. Mushroom and kimchi base soup was good. My girlfriend got the szechuan and it was very very oily. Pricing for all you can eat was pretty good as well at $35.99 and an extra $5 for both hotpot and korean bbq. The food ingredients was very fresh and we enjoyed it. The only complaint we had was asking for a mocktail which was basically a fruit punch and they charged us a regular cocktail price. I asked why that was so since there was no alcohol in it and we were told that that is what the bartender said to charge. Huh??? Had we known, we would have just ordered juice. Our server, Tony was good. He came multiple times to check on us. Will go back for food but the drinks were just average. I ordered a margaritta and it was okay. Couldn't really taste the tequila but that...
Read moreCame here for hotpot and sushi, not a huge Kbbq fan. The prices were very reasonable and not too expensive at all.
The Hotpot is all you can eat and was delicious. I do wish they had Tum yum broth, that would be awesome if they do add it down the line. Sauce bar was great and the owner even took our advice to add sriracha to it.
The sushi was beyond my expectations. I will say Lowell doesn’t have the greatest sushi spots but the sushi here was fresh and delicious, the fish melted and didn’t have a fishy smell or flavor. This honestly surprised me and I would go here to just enjoy...
