Kung Fu Tea Lowell — Restaurant in Lowell

I came in today to order like a brown sugar milk tea and the guy that was working he has black hair and a man bun. I asked him for that and he said they don’t sell that and i said i always get that here. And then I said “you guys have no brown sugar at at all? Are you guys out.” And then he said “we don’t sell brown sugar milk tea and that we don’t sell brown sugar here at all.” And then i proceeded to look on the menu and found the item i was looking for and it said it had brown sugar. I told him aftar and he just said it wasn’t a milk tea or something idk. But I just was a little disappointed with not getting the drink i usually get. I just wanted to leave this review to maybe have someone inform him that he shouldn’t be saying they have no brown sugar at all when there are certain things on the menu that do have it. And if someone asks for something that has a ingredient they want, think about what drink they might be thinking of instead of saying they don’t have that...

Bubble tea! How can ordering a drink YOUR way be bad?! Yet, the location does have its flaws.

-On one hand, it is close to a bunch of other stores and restaurants that have delicious foods and wonders to buy. You are in the center of downtown afterall!

-On the other hand, if you plan on picking up- expect to be walking for a bit from the nearest parking lot or if you are lucky, a parking spot that is somewhat nearby for 15 minutes max. However don't stress it! Unless you are ordering 5+ drinks, it'll be done within 5 minutes.

As the location is more new compared to other places, so are the staff. So give them some slack :)

This location does NOT take phone orders. Either you would have to order via Grubhub, UberEats, their KFT app or go in-person.

Cool, creamy, and so refreshing! The coconut coffee slush is the perfect summer treat—especially if you love coffee. It’s made with strong brewed coffee, coconut cream, and ice, all blended into a smooth and delicious drink. The sweet, nutty coconut flavor pairs perfectly with the bold coffee taste. So good it gave me a brain freeze—totally worth it!

Surprisingly, this tea shop did an amazing job! The drink was just right, and the staff were super friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. If you're looking for something cold and tasty on a hot day, this is a must-try. For sure, I’m looking forward to coming back to try the Taro...
