Subway — Restaurant in Lower Macungie Township

I’ve only came to this location twice and BOTH times it was a negative experience. This past time they had two workers, both very slow but one a bit faster than the other. The bread was way over cooked and they were out of EVERYTHING, including receipt paper. I used to work at a subway when I was 17 for almost 3 years, so I know how crazy it can get when busy. However, it was not busy and when something empties, you don’t say you can’t give it to me when you can easily go fill it. When he was making my sandwich, he completely ignored the huge chinch of tuna next to the paper and put mine on top of it and then slide my sandwich into the tuna and completely ignored that it was touching my sandwich. My spicy Italian sandwich, and when he pushed my sandwich down to veggies he didn’t even care that three pieces of my meat came off. After a few not so good experiences in the past with this location, I decided to give them another try last week hoping things would be better this time around. Sadly, I was wrong. I placed an online order for 2 subs in the morning. One was the club sandwich and the other was an Italian bmt with bacon (I forgot what the website called this specific sandwich). Instead of getting the club (which is turkey, roast beef and ham), I get a chicken sandwich. Mistakes happen, I get it. I tried calling the store but the phone didn't ring. Tried calling multiple times over 2 days, nothing. Contacted Subway through their app and get a response back a few days later from the manager saying they're sorry about my experience. Your store gave me something completely different than I ordered and all you have to say is sorry? Great customer service! 🙄 Now I remember why I haven't been to this...

Wish I could give this junk hole a negative 10,000! Worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. Not just the worst of all subways but the worst of any place that serves food on this earth. They constantly close much earlier than their sign says, like more than an hour early. They are extremely stingy with their toppings. The employees are all young teens that just don't care at all. They wear headphones when making your sandwich if you can even get there when they are actually open. The place is always dirty and staff are never kind or welcoming. There is sadly not one single thing I can say that is good about this restaurant if you even want to call it that. This is the lowest of the low. Save yourself the sadness and just don't go here, trust me I am helping anyone...
