Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Lower Macungie Township

I got there at 9:45 PM tonight. Their hours are online and on the door stated that they were open until 10 PM. I found the doors were locked and they had already shut the store down. For a brand that is trying to market itself as your friendly community convenience stop, this was pretty frustrating. I totally understand not wanting a bunch of customers to come in at the end of the night, but isn’t it your job to keep the store open for the full posted hours? I have been waiting at the Fedex counter for almost 40 minutes to get help. There's a bell to press to get service and no one came until about 40 minutes after. Tara waltzes over with a major attitude after I've been the one standing there waiting forever and says she's the only one working there and asks "what do i want". She was super rude and unhelpful. This place is understaffed and the person working here is awful at customer service. Would not recommend and, if i were you Walgreens, i would fire Tara and hire a couple more people...
