Chopt Creative Salad Co. — Restaurant in Lower Merion Township

Hi there,

As a first-time customer, I was really excited to try your kale mix and build a salad that I was looking forward to. I chose kale and added arugula, panko fried chicken, hard-boiled egg, dried cranberries, roasted sunflower seeds, and a generous amount of dressing.

What I received was extremely disappointing:

No chicken No dressing No cranberries No sunflower seeds

A heavy handful of blooming arugula that overwhelmed the salad This wasn’t even close to what I ordered, and it honestly felt careless. When someone takes time to craft their order and trusts your kitchen to deliver it right, it’s incredibly frustrating to receive something so far off especially as a new customer.

I hope this feedback reaches someone who cares. You must do better. At the very least, I’d appreciate acknowledgment...

Our recent visit to Chopt was an absolute delight! The Mediterranean bowls we ordered were fresh, flavorful, and packed with goodness. We chose to add Kalamata olives and chickpeas, and they truly elevated the dish—such a perfect combination! The ingredients tasted so fresh, and the dressing tied everything together perfectly.

Not only was the food amazing, but the service was top-notch too. The staff was friendly and prompt, making our experience even more enjoyable. The manager was especially kind and went above and beyond by offering great suggestions on things to do around the area while we were on vacation. It really added a personal touch to the visit.

I ordered chicken and my daughter did too in two different salads. It was inedible and way too much dressing (she pressed "2" under dressing for both of us though the screen says "choose 2" I am not sure why someone would want two different dressings on a salad). I get that it's summer things are slow the Villanova kids are not around and the main line moms are in Avalon and LBI but serving food that has gone bad is unacceptable. I would leave 1 star but I did not say anything to anyone there (its ordering on a screen only, no cash and no human interaction) so I did not make anyone aware.

Also there is no drink fountain and no way to fill up a water cup or bottle you can only buy water which...
