Read moreI think this place is extremely overpriced. We had two small mya hookahs, the flavor was packed ALRIGHT - and the total was 100 even. That's a little steep. Im sure cost of living is different in PA so the fact that in Chicago it costs 15-20 dollars for a large KM or starbuzz might be taken into account, but THAT much inflation, it's a bit too much. But the actual part that really bugged me, was the sub total was for 38X2 add some tax maybe 85$ THEN there was a gratuity charge of 16 dollars for us TWO people. I noticed the charge as I was pressing ok on the machine, and said oh so you've already added the tip - and the man said uh no not really thats something else. Im sorry what is that 16 dollar gratuity charge for then, changing our coals once in 2 hours? That type of dishonesty is what get's me, and why Id never come back here. We were the only 2 people there - it says a lot.
EDIT** I see you have commented on this review that you feel it's unfair. I will point out again - as a consumer it's not unfair to state that 40$ for a small (portable) mya hookah is expensive. It's also not unfair to state that after a 16$ gratuity charge is placed - where in a span of 2.5 hours coals were changed only once(three king quick lights) - that a tip is still expected. I know the cost of hookahs, I know the cost of tobacco, and I also understand the standard of service required for a tip over 16$. I think this is a very fair consumer review - your business has both positive reviews, and negative (mostly concerning the cost of your service) and they're both...
Read moreIf I was able to give Cozy Lounge negative stars I most definitely would. The 1st and last time at Cozy Lounge for or any of my friends. They literally tried to rob me. They agreed to charge 10 cover per person instead of 20$ open bottle fee. We agreed on this because we had so many bottles. The man we made this agreement with over counted the amount of people and charged us for over 30 people. Our bill came to over 600$ for 1 hookah a refill 1 order of shrimp Tacos fries and cover charge of 30 people at 10$ a piece. This price was for 1 bill. Everyone else also was given a bill individually. What makes things worse it was not a total of 30 people it was only 13. He tried to rob us on my birthday. Do not go to this place. They over charge you for every little thing and will attempt to get over on you if they can. It was the most horrible experience at any hookah...
