It’s sad because I know who the district manager is and she gave me something on the house once over a hot chocolate not being made correctly the day prior. I don’t think this falls on the district manager but this store lacks character, personality, it’s like nobody in there cares about you or what you want. They seem confused, upset, depressed, and there is no communication at all. The kitchen is all over the place, they take way too long to attend a customer I know it gets busy but hey acknowledge the customer and at least say hey we will be right with you in a respectful manner but not even that. The lines at this place make me feel like I’m at chik fil a like how are they this slow but then it me ! They are severely understaffed. They need to be trained properly, they need to be personable, they need to speak louder so customers can actually hear them and not act shy, Management needs to step in there and lead this team of individuals or I see this dunkin closing soon. This is not a joke it’s actually that bad and I hope people see this for all the right reasons. Stop messing up the orders and pay more attention to what you do so that you don’t have to deal with the result of unhappy paying customers. This place needs more variety, more flavors, more everything man like it just lacks so much and it feels so depressing in this place soon as you walk in. Get it together or you will have to close those doors soon. Im the harshest critic any store has believe me I have time to...

I stopped here after taking the Mrs. to a minor medical procedure. I figured I would get an afternoon cup of coffee and the Mrs. a hot chocolate.
The dude who took my order was on a personal cell phone call the whole time while taking my order. He appeared to genuinely struggle to put 2 large beverages into the point of sale system.
After tendering my payment, he directed me to the pickup counter. A young lady came out and made my wife's hot chocolate albeit putting it in a larger size than I ordered. She acknowledged the error in my favor. Hurray?
I did have to ask her for my coffee. No idea if it didn't show up on an order screen but she just took me at my word.
The guy that waited on me must have exited the store after taking my order. As I was exiting the store, he came back into the store. As we crossed paths, he greeted me. I do not think he recognized me from waiting on me 5 minutes earlier.
My beverage was warm not hot. It still tasted fine but should have been warmer. The wife also enjoyed her beverage but it was even cooler than my coffee.
For a simple in and out visit, I didn't have high expectations, still the whole visit should have been...
Read moreIn my life I have visited close to a hundred DD locations. From a service standpoint, this is consistently THE WORST! It is the closest location to my home, so I have attempted it several times, but I am giving up as of today. Let me explain a typical visit:
Waited 6 minutes at the counter for service. Was told to wait one moment. There were two other customers in the store and six employees working that I counted. Finally gave up and moved to the drive-thru. Ordered an iced coffee and hot coffee, both with extra cream and extra sugar. Both coffees were delivered wrong. One has no sugar and the other had so much sugar it couldnt be consumed. Also ordered one donut. When I got to the window, the cashier needed to ask what kind of donut I ordered. I had the bad sense to not check it (she asked right before putting it in a bag). After a pulled away I found it was STILL WRONG!
I would love to say that this was a one-time incident, but my orders have been wrong over 50% of the time. The staff doesn't seem to have any type of system at all, and management, if there is any, doesn't seem to be improving anything. Go to another Dunkin if you have any...
