I arrived at the Grand Opening of this restaurant I was not greeted they were busy taking pictures and more into the family giving them food ,instead of the customers that heard of The Establishment opening and wanted to try the food out by spending their hard-earned money. I ordered the chicken wings which were yellow on the inside of the breaded coating and the collard greens were had too much garlic in it. I dined in by then I got the attention of a manager that came to my table to tell me that my order would be taken care of when the order came back a second time the wings were even worse. I took a picture of the wings, sure wish I could post. So I asked for a bag and a to-go box to take with me I paid by credit card got an apology for the uncooked food, and was reassured that it would be a credit back on my account and has been over a week and a half and it has not. I don't think I will go back to this restaurant again best of...
Read moreWow this place surprised me the classic sandwhich is insane it’s a must try and far better than the sandwiches at asads down the street with comparable pricing. The chicken was insanely juicy and high quality. Got the tender and classic sandwhich combo with Mac and Nashville fries. No upcharge for the seasoned fries which is nice, and the presentation was awesome. The spice levels are a little more serious than your average place so tread carefully. The portion was insanely huge I’d suggest this for two people or you bring it home for later- or you just order less stuff. I got the babas classic sandwich that came with pickels and slaw with some delicious sauce / oil it was probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had. That said the sides I ordered were not really noteworthy and the tender was alright. If you come just get the sandwich and maybe a drink and you’ll leave on a full...

It threw me off, and I could instantly feel the energy shift. It seemed like she picked up on my reaction and got defensive, which only made the interaction feel more uncomfortable.
I get that when you’ve worked somewhere long enough, you want to keep things moving, but it felt unnecessarily rushed — especially since there was no one else in line. I didn’t even get a chance to browse the menu, and I ended up forgetting to add one of the things I originally wanted.
The food was good, but service is the first thing I notice — and unfortunately, the attitude really tainted...
