Usual nice experience. Plenty of free parking available with proper names to distinguish drive-thru vs dine-in parking. Kiosk is easy to use. Easy to scan or enter the 4 digit code to login to our McDonald's account so rewards/deals can be used and get credits for the orders. Kiosk screen is big so all menu items can be seen so clear and customize the order so easily. The kept the table number stands also near kiosk itself which can be given at the end of the order on the kiosk screen itself so they will bring the food to our table once ready. Small place with less number tables and small restroom. Restroom can be accessible by only 2 people max at a time. Hand dryers were working but of no use as they didn't even dry the water on hand. No hand towels were available inside the restroom. Only 1 hand wash basin available.
Service was good. They brought the food to the table even when we didn't mention the number stand in the order as there was very less crowd at that time. Food was hot, so we liked. Ordered McValue combo which comes with sandwiche, 4 nuggets, small French fries and drink which makes one person tummy full. This is a reasonable combo for the price and items we get. We ordered 6 of them and they hardly took 5 minutes to prepare and serve which really helped us, as we were in hurry in going to a Regal movie theater which is in 10 minutes drive from this location. High chairs were available for toddlers. Wheelchair accessible table also available. Wheelchair accessible parking also available. Drive-thru was easy as no crowd when we visited this place. This place exist next to the main road itself, so...
Read moreI like McDonald’s a lot cause I’m broke and they got them deals on the app. For the 5 days in a row they give me the wrong food every single time. It’s at the point now where I’ve been able to consistently give my friends free quarter pounders because y’all don’t know what “plain” means. Honesty I wasn’t going to write a review. But today I went through the drive thru. And when they asked me for my food I said I wanted two large cokes. The person on the drive thru “Natalia”(idk if I spelled it right” blatantly ignored me and left her mic on. And I heard her for 3 minutes straight trying to convince her coworker to hit her vape. Like really?… then she remembered she had a customer and said “sorry you could pull around” just to ASK ME WHAT I ORDERED at the window. I said two large cokes and just handed the chick my card. Disrespectful and sad. Imma waste my time driving to the McDonald’s 15 minutes away just because I’m tired of y’all. Lazy and unprofessional. Fast food is easy. All you have to do is pay attention and she couldn’t even do that. Not someone I’d want working at my McDonald’s. Let alone managing it. Idk what the gray collared shirt means. But it’s probably a shift leader given the lack of abilities that woman has. I doubt...
Read moreI had a mobile order I was picking up that my daughter placed. I got there and went inside. I was greeted by an older white lady with glasses, she should not be in any position where she engages with people, absolutely rude and could clearly care less about customer satisfaction. I gave her my order code and her response was is this DoorDash and I said no it’s a mobile order she replied I don’t have any orders so I repeated my code and she responded we don’t have codes with a Y. I said maybe I have the wrong location I provided your address and she said yes you gave the right place. She said what’s your order so I blew up the text on my phone and when my turned to show her she raised her voice and said I’m not reading that So I said can you look up the code or not? She said is this for the drive thru. So I said let me call my daughter to see. I called and yes it was drive thru. She replied well you need to go thru the drive thru because I can’t get it from there. Seriously, if this is your policy it is not customer centric and either way her attitude isn’t either from the start. Needless to say this is my last time at your location. There are way too many places to eat that I can awesome...
