Today. I pulled up to the drive through lane behind another car that was currently ordering. She pulled forward. On the menu board there is a computer printed sign "Please pull forward when you are ready with your order" I'm guessing that people are sitting to long at the intercom and don't know what they want to eat. Well I know what I want. So I pull forward. I wait 1 minute, nothing. I say Hello? Nothing. I wait another minute. Nothing. I say Hello? Nothing. I wait another minute. NOTHING. So a few minutes has elapsed, I beep. I say hello. I beep some more. NOTHING. They never came over and said I'll be right with you. NOTHING. I don't know what the problem was. At 12:55pm lunch rush should be over and you can at the very least greet a customer. NOTHING. I finally left and went to McDonalds. I can't say it was bad service because I didn't get any service. I find the note taped to the order menu offensive since they clearly don't hold up their end of the...
Read moreAll you can eat special on Sunday for $7.99. Exquisite, luscious chicken and fish. AND a manager who goes out of his way to accommodate ALL of his guests, even when his restaurant is completely full! This is the best Long John Silver's I have ever been to, and that is because of the manager. He went out of his way to accommodate my huge party of 11 people at his busiest time of the day. Every time my family and I are in Williamsport we will make a point of eating there. And my local family members who we were visiting were so impressed with the quality of service and food that they want to go there more often too. Long John Silver's management, if you are reading this, I sincerely urge you to please give the manager and his employees big raises in this great economy! The food came quick, hot, and with a very courteous smile from the manager himself! We could not possibly ask for more from a great restaurant...
Read morePaid over 18 bucks plus tax (over 20) for what amounted to a greasy fish stick, chicken fry, pinch of French fries, three lumps of greasy fried dough and a soda. Wasn’t hungry when I was done, only because I felt ill. Had I taken the wife and my two kids it would have been about $100. Of course I would have simply left and spent 30 at Taco Bell for sadly superior food. Not to mention the roof leaked all over me and my food. I could see that the staff was embarrassed so not on them, and seldom is. 99% of restaurants in the worst hoods are in better repair. It should have a nautical theme, but this has all the hallmarks of a shipwreck. If you value your health or wallet, steer well clear. I will never return. Put it out of its misery or rebuild while 1-2 ppl still have fond memories. Corporate greed/neglect at its...
