Positive cookies were large(enough to share). Bought the pick 6 pack brought cost per cookie down a bit from $4.38 each to $21.13 for 6. Not all cookies were warm 2 were definitely from cooler. We were welcomed when we walked in but definitely a " we're forced to say this lol". U order from kiosk. Kids were disappointed when the girl brought our cookies to pick-up counter she than informed us "they ran out of the pop rocks topping that is supposed to be on the cotton candy cookies of which we bought 2 um isn't that part of the tast experience? Maybe a sign before we ordered to be informed. Taste overall was good. Definitely all very sweet, it is a cookie. Favorites were lemon & chocolate brownie? because it cut the sweetness. Fried ice cream was our least favorite. Flavor was lacking in our opinion. Definitely stop in and try it...

I had always been curious about this shop and I cannot fathom HOW the products are rated as high as they are. The "staff" were too involved in their inside jokes and whispering to be bothered to even notice me until I shouted out. They were kids without any concept of customer service OR apparent work ethics. Checking FaceTube and whispering like pre-adolescents were far more important than WORKING.

First of all, there's no visible product/price list. Whatever the baker(s) felt like making that day is what may or may not be available.

Second, the "cookies" are basically under-baked shortbread topped with commercially prepared filling goop. The cookies are generally low on the flavor tier and off the sodium scale.

Finally, each "cookie" is a whopping $4 apiece. Insane for a product that has about as much flavor as a...

They always run out of cookies and they'll tell you to come back in 30 minutes to get you to leave. We returned 15 minutes later to get in line only to be told "We just sold out again, it will be another 30 minutes". The workers don't want to be there, they're rude, and expect you to tip them like they don't get paid an hourly wage already. I mean come on, the cookies aren't that good and you pay $27 for 6 cookies. If the atmosphere and employees had an actual personality, I'd rate this higher, but they all have shitty attitudes and need to be fired. The franchise owner needs to send some undercover people in there to confirm this, especially on Saturdays.

Needless to say, we weren't waiting around another 30 minutes to get...

Fantastic cookies! Some of the best you’re likely to ever have, and the varieties change weekly! The service was fast and friendly and ordering off of the tablets was fast and easy. Some people complain about the price being too expensive but the cookies are made with great ingredients and taste delicious. Plus these are very large cookies and can easily be cut into quarters.

i came 20 minutes before they closed and i’m not from around here i walked in and asked if they still had cookies and she told me they were out so i sat in my car and another car pulls in and goes in and they order and walk out with cookies, nobody told him they were out. i am very appalled at the situation but did not want to go in and start trouble.
