Visited this restaurant for the first time after seeing multiple "ads" for this place from one of their employees on a local restaurant Facebook page. The lunch buffet was advertised as being $9.99 for unlimited pizza and included a salad. We arrived at this place just a little before noon, and the dining room was PACKED and they seemed to be short staff. Not a problem, we're very understanding people. We waited to be seated about 15 minutes. The waitress seats us (a party of 7 total, 3 being kids), then tells us she will bring a chair for our youngest child. We would have been happy with a regular chair or a high chair, but instead of bringing a seat back immediately, she tended to other tables first. We sat and waited about 10 minutes before she came back and ASKED again if we needed a seat for my child. She brings one out, then takes our drink order. She brings the kids drinks and we ended up waiting about 10 more minutes before she brought the remainder. We were not given any information about plates, pricing for the buffet, anything. The waitress just ignored us after that. So we got up, made our plates which were at the buffet bar/counter, and came back to our table. The pizzas were not labeled with what kind they were, and for shorter people it is difficult to see what the pizza is as the bar is very high. We watched our waitress tend to several other tables multiple times, while never checking on us. We sat with empty cups, and waited for plates AND pizza to be replenished at the buffet bar many many times. She finally makes it back to our table, about 30 minutes later asks if we're okay. We ask about salads as the salad was not available at the buffet counter. She gets them out to us, and when we ask about silverware so we could eat them, she takes off and comes back and basically throws forks at us and says "Sorry guys, I'm really busy" and takes off with no explanation of any sort. Sure, you're busy, but aren't we worth your time too? Aren't we paying customers too? About 20 MORE minutes go by and she comes back and asks if we want our check. We tell her yes, and she says she'll be right back. We watched her tend to the other tables (at least 3), by bringing them plates directly to their tables, and refilling their drinks while we waited and waited for our check. 10 minutes later, and she comes back with a ticket for $77. We've had about 2-3 slices of pizza each, no refills for our drinks, the salad was inedible and we were given no information about pricing for the kids and we're expected to pay this kind of bill? We ask for the manager and told he would be out shortly after he finished washing dishes. He comes out, and not even an apology, just makes excuses and excuses. What pizza we had, was great and would have been worth a return. Sadly, the waitress and the manager made this experience a terrible one and I doubt we...
Read moreFirst, this was a very ADA accessible place. It had handicapped parking and an ADA bathroom too. We reserved a long table for my nephew's 19th birthday. Guests ranged in age from 5 to 75. Since the buffet is only on weekdays, we ordered 4 large pizzas for the table - a cheese, a pepperoni, a Supreme (no mushrooms), and a jalapeño popper. The food was served piping hot and everyone fell on the pizzas like starved wolves. Our waitress informed us that the Supreme pizza was being remade because they had mistakenly put mushrooms on it and omitted black olives insread. They caught the mistake as it was coming out of the kitchen and so they were remaking the pie for us. We thanked them as we were chewing through the fresh pizza. We plowed our way through most of the pizzas and we all agreed that the Jalapeño Popper was the best one. The Jalapeno Popper is made up of jalapeños and bacon on a cream cheese base with mozzarella & goat cheese on top. Our server Kayla was very attentive, serving the older guests very strong bloody Marys and bottled beer, and keeping the youngsters supplied with Pepsi. It does take a little bit of time to get the cocktails but when they do come, they are very generous with the garnish ( see photos). Overall, an...

I had the hot Italian beef sandwich with extra au jus and it was amazing. So last night I called in the exact same order and was excited to get home! When I got home something seemed off, it was correct but the au jus was cold and didn't smell right. I took a bite and it just didn't taste right so I thought maybe I just got a bad jus and opened the other and took another bite with the extra au jus I ordered. Same, cold and just tasted funny. I opened the sandwich up and the meat was grey and almost slimy. I just threw it away and said oh well, can't be perfect all the time. But then an hour or so later I realised it was actually bad and I had food poisoning. I spent the rest of the night being sick and this was only food I had all day. I reached out to the restaurant this morning, not looking for anything compensation wise, merely to inform them they may have a problem with their meat or gravy I spoke to a very apologetic young lady who said someone would call me as a manager got in. Like I said I just don't want someone else getting sick and the lack of a phone call makes me think...
