It has happened twice where this coffee shop advertises that they open at 7, but when I stop to get coffee on my way to work it takes an extended amount of time before they answer the drive-thru to take my order. I used to work in the food industry, so I totally understand the busyness of things first thing in the morning, being short staffed, etc. the first time, I gave them grace and ended up getting to place my coffee order. This morning, I was excited to get coffee from them seeing that they were running a great deal for teachers during teacher appreciation week to where I went out of my way on top of leaving a little later in order to get there after their opening time. After I arrived (after 7), I waited nearly 10 minutes before deciding I could not wait any longer or I was going to be late for work and I left without receiving any coffee.
Like I stated before, I understand the stresses of the food industry. Overall, I am a patient customer and easy to please. However, the fact that it has now happened twice and on top of that, both times no one ever came on the speaker to greet or communicate with me, is frustrating and just not good service. If you advertise that you open at 7, you should be prepared to take orders at that time. Or at least communicate with the customer that there will be a second before you are able to receive their order.
There have been other times when I have been able to get my order taken, and there has been employees sitting around while I am waiting an extensive amount of time to get my order.

Read moreI recently visited , and it has quickly become my favorite spot in town. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for both work and relaxation. The decor is charming, with a cozy blend of modern and rustic elements that make you feel right at home.
The coffee is outstanding – rich, flavorful, and expertly brewed. I tried there Abi’s pick , and it was smooth and perfectly balanced. They also offer a wide variety of options, from classic espressos and lattes to unique seasonal specialties that are a must-try.
The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They clearly have a passion for coffee and are always happy to make recommendations or customize drinks to your preference. Service is prompt, and the baristas ensure every cup is made to perfection.
Additionally, their selection of pastries and snacks is delightful. Freshly baked and delicious, these treats pair wonderfully with their coffee.
Overall,is a gem in the community. Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or just looking for a cozy place to unwind, this is the perfect spot. I highly recommend...
Read moreMy Bible Book Club has been meeting at this coffee shop for several months. We have a standing reservation for a table in a small alcove. This morning halfway through our time, one of the young ladies working there came to our table and told us that we had to move because her boss had double booked that table for another group that needed to have a conversation. So if we would move . I told her no, we have reservations and we have been coming for months. We were not going to be treated that way! We left. I am sure that the speciality coffees are good. The black coffee I do not care for. The prices jumped to over $4 for a small black coffee or tea. We ordered drinks and food when there to support the business. Terrible way to treat...
