We were in Lubbock from Amarillo for a doctor's appointment, had seen a review of this establishment, so we decided to give it a try. We arrived as soon as they opened, we were greeted by the friendly staff, I told them I had seen a review on Facebook, they offered us sample of some of the items (bourbon chicken, teriyaki chicken and general tso's chicken) all with amazing flavor and not dry. My two kids ordered half rice half lo mein with sweet and sour chicken (perfect breading, 90% chicken 10% breading), my wife ordered lo mein with bourbon chicken and general tso's chicken and I had the lo mein with bourbon chicken and honey chicken, portions were good or should I say amazing pictures will tell. We also ordered spring rolls, which we were gifted another order of spring rolls by the gentleman at the cash register which later he also brought us a sample of their teriyaki chicken that they make of the flat grill, flavor was beyond amazing and the tenderness of the chicken 100/100. Value wise, 100/100 (4 meals two were one entree box and two were 2 entree boxes 4 drinks and one order of spring rolls for a total of $57.00 + $5 tip), service 100/100, food quality (flavor) 100/100, serving portions 100/100 (we all had leftovers for dinner, when we arrived back home). We will...
Read moreThe food was awful. It was tasteless and it gave me diarrhea. I didnt even finish my food. Customer service wasn't great either as I'm waiting to pay the cashier is talking and talking to his coworker instead of charging me. I don't understand what the hype is about. Response: I want to clarify I do not have anything bad against the restaurant and clearly you guys are doing an awesome job since there was a long line when I arrived. I just simply did not like it and that's OK. I ordered the Thai chicken and jalapeño chicken, in MY experience the chicken was super hard and no flavor like I said again that's my taste bud and honest opinion. I also ordered a kids meal with rice and bourbon chicken and to my surprise my child didn't like the rice and she loves rice. And to clarify about the customer service he wasn't talking to the person who prepared my plate at all, but to another cook having a conversation and laughing, which I'm not saying is bad, but I just wanted to pay and get out instead of standing there waiting for him to proceed. Anyways I would definitely consider going back to try the teriyaki. But at the end of the day you guys don't need my business because you guys are clearly doing a FANTASTIC job, but us humans can't possibly like the...
Read moreAfter seeing everyone rave about how great Crush Teriyaki&Wok was I finally gave in.
I purchased a 2 entree plate, which included Lo mein noodles, orange chicken, and bourbon chicken. It was only $10.99 ($11.89 w/tax)! The portions were huge! I don’t understand how someone could eat all of that.
I took a bite out of each thing on my plate and could not eat the rest. The food is terrible! The orange chicken is chewy and does not have a pleasant flavor. It’s all dough, and not actual chicken. The noodles have a HORRIBLE after taste. The bourbon chicken is great if you want to induce an MI. You could not pay me to eat here again. That was the worst $11.89 I have ever spent. I threw the entire thing away.
The food looked like it had been sitting there for a while. The lady in front of me wanted to purchase some egg rolls, but said they looked old. When she asked the person behind the counter how long they had been there she said she had no idea.
The pictures on Facebook look great, but I would not feed this to my dog. I’m rating it a 1/10, and the only reason it has that 1 is because of how big their portions are...
