The Ruffled Cup opened at 9am this morning and I made extra effort to make sure that I arrived right at opening or shortly thereafter, after all its Valentine's Day. My goal was to go in an purchase Sugar cookies for my Spouse and cupcakes for my children. When I asked about the Sugar cookies, I was told that they did not have any and would not for about an hour.
