A man followed me at a distance the whole time after letting them know I didn't need any help. The first thing I was interested in was a lamp. I asked him if he had the missing glass cover to one of the bulbs, and he said he had the whole thing new in a box. I told him we wanted to purchase it, and he said "oh it's $80". We asked him why the tag says $50, and he said "no one would want the one with the missing glass." Even though we already inquired about replacing the glass. I don't understand why he would have it on display thirty dollars cheaper if he knew no one would want it. Then we inquired about two chairs with a tag that said they were a set. He immediately said it was a mistake, one spins, and one doesn't. As well as an entryway table, he had two of, one had a price of $240 and the other $200. Once he saw we had interest, he came over and once again peeled the $200 tag off and said it was priced wrong. It was $240. I can understand if one thing was priced wrong, but he did it three times as soon as he saw we were interested in something. And by the way, his post on Facebook of the entryway table showed $200. So I knew he was making up stuff as he went to try and get every dollar he could. I won't give them my business. Untrustworthy! FYI they will stock you the entire time...

Terrible “sales woman” my family and I had barely walked in and we just got stared down. As we started to walk through the store different items caught my eye so I went to check the price tag and naturally my kids follow us around then we walk to try some chairs out and the kids sit on the chair with us the lady in there comes over and asks us can she help us with something sarcastically and i tell her we’re actually coming in for a couch then she says there over there. Like obviously I can see that there is no need to be rude. She then proceeds to tell us not to try out the furniture that they are only for people who buy them. Insinuating that we are not able to buy from this store. I am extremely upset as I needed a couch today because I signed for a new lease. -10/10 horrible attitude don’t work in sales if you’re going to assume I’m not going to...

Zero stars for me! The rudest customer service ever! I’ve been in this store 3 times eyeing a couch. Not one time did anyone acknowledge I was in there or ask if I needed any help. Finally tracked down someone to get the pricing ($1695) and measurements. Went home and saw the exact couch from THIS store on Facebook marketplace listed for $100 less multiple times by different employees. I called to see if they would honor the price match and was told that it “was a mistake and should not have been listed at that price.” I have a screen shots of every post that was listed incorrectly. Kevin, not even sure that was his name because he hesitated when I asked for it, then proceeded to act ghetto screaming on the phone and hung up! No thanks!
