The gentleman ringing me up seemed very confused and bewildered by my order, like he was still being trained. When I picked up my order at the front, I was scoffed and laughed at by a man (employee) when I asked a woman behind the counter to have the garlic butter sauce I payed for I wanted to eat with my pizza. She made me charge my credit card again for it. I had tears in my eyes over arguing with her about it for a few minutes. I tried to remain calm and respectful but I felt bullied. Both the pizza and cinnastix were cold, but I ordered and waited for my food right in the restaurant to spare the delivery driver the trip. Then the extra icing I payed for was missing so I went back and asked for it, luckily I ran into a nice young man who gave me the extra icing without laughing/arguing/making me pay for it again. What if the same thing could be applied to your car repairs or loved one's surgery? Just a few research questions that could apply Domino's innovations in...
Read moreLast weekend, we ordered some pizza online. I picked the pizza up and headed home. Picture this..... me driving and listening to some good ole 80's music. I get home and bust those pizza boxes wide open for the family. First look of the pizza and the cheese looked wierd. The pizza was cut in some wierd ways. It was like whoever was using the pizza cutter was under the influence. The shape and size of the pizza slices were all different on one pizza. Then, the pizza had no marinara sauce at all. It was a different sauce they had used. It was white. It looked like butter mix with something. We definitely didn't ask for that. So we double check the order we placed on-line. There is not an option to select marinara sauce. Has anyone else experience this ? Dominos has turned...
