I work in customer service so i’m pretty patient when it comes to working behind the counter. me and my dad ordered breakfast 10 to 15 mins before 10:30. they eventually called us up and the guy behind the counter said that they do not have anymore wedge fries but he would give us larger fries to make up for it or we can wait for them to make more, as he said that the older black lady, i think was the manager interrupted him and said “we will not make anymore.” the guy was very sweet and wanted to help but she was very rude and had a bad tone. Then i ordered a coffee and he was going to go get me some but the lady said “we don’t have cold brew” in a rude tone again. I was very upset on how she was talking to us. he then said something about ketchup and she quickly said “we don’t have no ketchup.” not even looking at us to talk to us, looking at her phone and also had the ugly tone. Then I got my food and the sauce was missing so i have to go to the counter once again and ask for some, the lady was just looking at me ugly while the guy got me the sauce. oh by the way they did have ketchup. I usually go to the one in new deal and they have the best customer service but this one was very unprofessional and rude. Read moreI tried to pick up a DoorDash order here (which is the way I make money to provide for my family), and I was told that the order was already taken, but they said they would still make the order again. They even said that they saw that it was a separate order and still on their computer system. After waiting over 20 minutes I was rudely told that they won't make the order, since a different delivery driver already took it. They then began implying that I was trying to do something fraudulently. I do this as a full time job to feed my family , and don't have time for immature rudeness. The entire staff appears to be 16 year old boys, other than the manager who is the rudest one of all. Clearly the older people managing this company are encouraging the younger staff to behave disrespectfully and rude to the customers. I do apologize that your working a fast food job as a career, but please don't take your anger out on innocent customers or deliver drivers.
