Big Pops breakfast sandwiches are probably the reason I haven’t died of starvation. It is my favorite food ever. I mean, have you seen these sandwiches? Read moreI had a very unfortunate first experience here. Understandably they had a computer glitch, Orders didn't make it to the back. But as I saw 7 orders behind me leave. I went to the front counter where I was informed my order was "just put in". 20 dollars for a sandwich and drink I figured I would've been compensated for inconveniences. I decided not to wait since it had taken 35 minutes to be informed my ordered hadn't been put in. I hope if this happens to another customer they make it right. I would have loved to try their food for the first time. But some people only have a certain amount of time to grab lunch during the day. Read moreI was excited to try the new sandwich shop in town. In full disclosure, I can't give a fair review of the food as I wasn't able to order anything. As a vegetarian I am accustomed to restricted menus when eating out. However I have never been to a sandwich shop which refuses to make a simple veggie sandwich. (There was one unimaginative choice on the menu but that was all). I was told I had to pick one from the list and they would just leave off the meat. Ok, that might work. But none of the choices had veggie combinations beyond lettuce and tomato and adding cheese was an extra cost even though I was not getting the protein. There was zero flexibility. I know I'm not the only vegetarian in the area....
