Yesterday I had horrendous encounter with the staff in this establishment. To start off, I came through the drive thru(at around 10:00 am) and received the wrong order(keep in mind the crew member there himself was unsure of giving me my food, if you're unsure of giving somebody someone ELSE'S food then the proper thing to do would be to do a double take, however he did not and simply sent me on my way. As I proceeded to make my way home I discovered that my medium hot coffee wasn't hot at all and I had asked for a lite and sweet coffee. This beverage however not only was lukewarm, but it had a detection of dairy which I am always at odds with because of my lactose intolerance. Oh don't even get me started on my food, I had asked for two orders of the snackin' bacon and had received actually a sandwich and two orders of hash-browns, WHICH WERE COLD, as if they were holding onto it for a while.(The icing on the cake was that I received no receipt) Immediately after recognizing these errors I made a u-turn and made a return to this Dunkin' Donuts and was met with hostility by the woman manning the cash register. I don't understand why YOU'RE getting mad because you people messed up my order. The proper thing to do would of been to either offer me a refund or offer to make my order fresh to order, this was not the case however. I was given the same drink and some MORE cold food(the very same snackin' bacon I should've had in the first place.) Deplorable customer service skills, don't waste your money here, you're better off going anywhere...

I have lost count of how many times I have had to go Into the store after going through the drive trough because my order wasn’t made properly. Simple things, like asking for swirl or cream and not getting it. Today I tried the Girl Scout thin mint promotional coffee and was handed a cup of coffee with an inch of syrup at the bottom of the cup. Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone barely speaks english. I had a problem with my App on my phone and it deleted all my points for my free coffee. I asked for help upon ordering and they just said "no, we cannot help you." Gave me a look like they did not believe me. I drove to another DD and they helped me right away no issues AT ALL! This DD needs to be trained on how to use the App and how to treat customers. I meen they are running the place🤷♀️ should'nt they all be trained on that and not just specific DD's??? 🤔🤔🤦♀️🤦♀️ its really not hard to just BE KIND. I recommend going to my hometowns DD (2371 Vincentown Columbus Rd, Southampton Township, NJ 08088) if in the area. Much nicer...
