Subway — Restaurant in Lynchburg

Submitted online order around 6:30 for pickup at 6:50. Got there at 6:50, order wasn’t ready and there’s about 6 people in line so it’s busy so I wasn’t bothered. 5 mins go by and that’s fine, but then 10 mins go by, and then the line gets smaller and still haven’t started my order, then 15 mins go by and finally I see them making my order then finished 20 mins later. Submitted order at around 6:30, but didn’t receive order until 7:10. Would’ve been faster to have just ordered and waited in line. Handed me the order and told me that they were missing onions and didn’t put any in my sandwiches. Annoyed they told me after they made the sandwiches, and to top it off I get home and the sandwiches were made wrong and missing a few item that I ordered. I am completely aware they were a little busy but 40 mins to make a sandwich and make it wrong...

So I was an employee at the store and on February 29 of this year I was assaulted in the parking lot which ended up with me having two broken bones and two bones dislocated. Not only has the owner himself not called me or check up on me. They also did not file an incident report, even though the ambulance and police showed up on the scene. Not a single member of management has ever contacted me in fact, as a result of the assault I was taken off the schedule and removed from the group chat henceforth essentially being fired. Tim peters, the owner Has also instructed his managers not to cooperate with returning phone calls to the police either. Then when I went to go get my paycheck, it was held for ransom until I turned in a uniform which is also illegal. So now I have medical bills and no job. I’m embarrassed to ever have worked for...

Every time I come in here the manager is very friendly and welcoming. Today he was apparently under the weather and another manager from the Rustberg location came in, her name was Margie I believe. Bless this woman's heart, she was so overwhelmed and was the only one working. Then I got to the register and I had forgotten my wallet she gave me a smile told me not to worry about it and if I find it come back later to pay... Went out later and found it in the floor board of my truck... Came back and she had finally gotten some help, her daughter Megan who is the manager of the Wards Rd subway came in and they were both just so kind and hard working. They were great at multitasking and very conscious about changing their gloves. This place also gives LU student discounts. I'm so grateful to have met Megan and her hard...
