Showed up with 6 people in line. The line was moving so slow I ordered on app. The app quoted 13 minutes at 810 my order would be ready. I left and went to giant eagle. I was back at 812. There were 2 people and 3 people behind from when I left who hadn't been helped yet when I came back. I went to pickup line to find out there were 8 people waiting for orders. They had not started any of those orders yet. Mind you this was now 5 minutes after my order should have been ready. They then stopped serving the guests in line to make the mobile orders. I was the 8th order served at this point. I got my order at 825. 30 minutes using the app to get the order on app. Take in mind 3 people in line in front of me when I first arrived still hadn't been served. On top of that the new adobo chicken is terrible. This could truly be the worst chipotle in the country and it is definitely the worst I have been too. This was my second visit. The first time I visited was a week ago when I showed up at 915. They close at 10 but when I walked in the door an associate behind the line yelled at me as soon as I walked in, "we are not taking any more orders!"...seriously 45 minutes before closing when your orders are food already on your line? ...
Read moreI visited this Chipotle recently, hoping for a quick and smooth lunch pick-up. I ordered ahead for a 3:30 PM pick-up time, but when I arrived right on time, my food wasn’t ready. While that was a minor inconvenience, what really stood out was the overall atmosphere and service.
The store felt noticeably unclean that day. There was no ice in the machine, and another customer even pointed out the lack of basic cleanliness. The staff, unfortunately, didn’t come across as welcoming or particularly friendly.
When I tried to switch out a topping that turned out to be just cut-up tomatoes and onions instead of an actual salsa, I got a pretty curt response. I was basically told “that is salsa” rather than being offered a simple exchange, and then was informed a regular salsa would cost extra. It just felt like the staff wasn’t interested in making the experience positive.
In the end, it wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it was definitely one of the more disappointing Chipotle visits I’ve had. Given the location, I expected a bit more in terms of cleanliness and customer service. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope they can improve for future customers. Thanks...
Read moreThis was a terrible experience. I arrived at 12:05 pm and the doors were locked. There was already 3 other people waiting to get inside too. A employee opens the door at around 12:10pm then tells us that we can't order in store it has to be done online. So i download the app and place my order and it says it will be done at 12:15pm. So i sit in chipotle and wait. Around 12:30 I still don't have my order called and I notice the lobby was getting filled the so I went up front to see what was taking so long. They only had two people making food and they were moving at a VERY slow pace. Then one of them walks away from the line for 5 mins. Another employee leaves and goes to starbucks after the other workers give them their orders... And one of the workers on the line was scratching herself with gloves on then continued making food with the same gloves. I got my food around 12:45. But this whole experience was awful. And chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat. Very disappointed. Also one of the worker asked why I was starring underneath her. While i was just waiting for my food.
