Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Lyndhurst

There were 2 customers in front of me. One ordered two drinks, which took about 10 minutes to complete. There was only one employee working, so I understood. However, when I ordered my drink, this location didn’t have the first drink I ordered (even though it was advertised on a sign), and she said she could make the next one I ordered (a shaken oat milk espresso). She then ran away and got help although I was the only one in line. I tried to use my stars because I had enough for a free bakery item, and was told you cannot use stars at this location. I was unaware until checking the other reviews that I could have still used my advantage card to earn fuel perks points, but was never made aware of this even though I had asked to use my stars. Then, my drink came out and didn’t taste how it normally does, and was rather gross. I understand that this isn’t a primary starbucks location and the employees may not have been trained as adequately as those at a real location, and am sympathetic as they seemed very stressed out. However, Giant Eagle (or Starbucks… whoever trains them) needs to do a better job at training...
