First I will start with the positives, the Legacy Village store is large and has beautiful displays filled with very nice furniture. Unfortunately, Arhaus seems to be completely CLUELESS when it comes to realistic time estimates for actually receiving your furniture so I cannot recommend purchasing from Arhaus unless the furniture is definitely in stock. When I first started furniture shopping back in March I had some items picked out from a competitor, but those items were being made in Italy and would not have been in stock until October, so I decided to keep looking as I wanted my room finished in June. I found some items at Arhaus and everything was supposed to be delivered by mid-June, so I ordered from Arhaus instead. It's now the very end of August, and I am still waiting on 2 pieces which are now projected to be here around the end of September with possible delivery in OCTOBER (yes, that's pushing around 6-7 months after I placed my orders)! I ordered the Mandara console from Arhaus online in early March, and it should have been here by mid-June. The Conrad chest was ordered from the Legacy store in late March and should have arrived in May, but is now projected for late September. I just don't understand how the time estimates can be so far off from reality. I will say that at least the salesperson from the Legacy story calls and gives an update each month or so as the delivery date approaches and politely lets me know that the Conrad chest is again delayed, and she keeps an eye on the Mandara media console even though I had ordered it directly from the Arhaus website. If you want to tie up a large amount of money (my 50% deposit on these 2 items was around $2,000) for items with totally unreliable availability timeframes, then shop at Arhaus. And if anyone is thinking, well these are probably just Covid-related delays, I think any such delays should have been well known and factored into the time estimates by the time I ordered in March 2021. On a positive note, I had also ordered 2 chairs from Arhaus online back in March and those arrived on time, and I have been happy with them although I haven't been able to enjoy them much since I was planning to use them in the room with the media console which still hasn't arrived. If my furniture is delayed yet again, I will try to remember to update this review. As for now, I am including the attached photos of the furniture that I am waiting for. It's all I have to remember what I spent my deposit of about $2,000 on.

Having been in the higher end wood finishing industry for years, I can say that the level of attention to detail in the table is not very good. This is the 3rd one we were given since the 1st 2 were flawed. The table looks very nice other than the fact that one of the boards is significantly lighter than the ones on either side of it. The previous table we rejected had the same issue that we complained about and had a significant chip in the top. We don't think it will get any better and obviously the manufacturer doesn't seem to be aware of these things. In addition to that the delivery people broke off 2 of the screws while attaching the table to the base and didn't have any spare screws so where there was supposed to be 8 screws to attach it, now there are only 4. Being a wood worker myself, I asked why they didn't drill holes in the wood first so they wouldn't break off, something I'm familiar with. The installers said they weren't provided with drill bits or extra screws so they couldn't drill the holes first to keep the screws from breaking, or replace the ones that did. Do you realize how lame and unprofessional that sounds? We have accepted the table as is even though it has the light board and also has a repaired spot that's hollow underneath because we don't think the company has the skill or resolve to do better. I'm attaching a couple pictures to show what I mean. Also it's lower quality to make a solid wood table with numerous smaller boards like ours instead of less larger ones. This lacks integrity and lowers our opinion of Arhaus

I purchased these 3 Gage Stool $500 each and received them on Sept 1st 2021. This is what they looked like July 6th, when I made the formal complaint to Arhaus. They told me that they didn't warranty the fabric and I signed the paperwork so there was nothing that they could do for me. They offered me a Tech Referral to which I called and explain the situation. The Tech company said they weren't sure why Arhaus keeps referring them for leather repair work. So basically the gave me the run around. DO NOT BUY THESE LOW QUALITY FABRIC CHAIRS.

The only reason I am adding an extra star is because I believe the interior designers are competent and I do like their furniture. However, the customer service of the management is the worst I've ever dealt with. My order was canceled after I received about half of the order, and no one ever told me. So, I have been waiting for the rest of my incomplete order for 6 months. I have called 5 times and have received 1 phone call back from management. Who, at the time, was going to do an audit on my account, still haven't heard back about the audit and it's been 3 weeks. So for 6 months I have had a sofa with NO CUSHIONS! How is this acceptable? No one seems to care, management is the worst here. I own my own small business and can not imagine having a manager like this on my staff, she would be gone...
