I ordered 6 seats with 8 sides. No warning on shipment arrival (16 boxes) including seat covers. 5 seat covers were wrong and took 2 more weeks to correct. You MUST use customer service to return anything, not the store. Their recording says your wait time is less than an hour! There is an option to get a call back, that option takes 5 minutes of waiting before you can select it. They called back anywhere from10 minutes to not at all (I have called 7+ times). It is best to watch a you tube video on the assembly since it is not easy! I was exhausted after putting 3 pieces together. Turns out we did not want all 6 sactionals, so we began the return process, 2 more calls to customer service. The $3300 credit still has NOT appeared on my credit card. They received it in their warehouse on Jan 12th! (Confirmed by their emails to me.) This is unacceptable. I called 3 times so far inquiring about my credit. A week ago I called for a follow-up and the woman said ,my case was being 'escalated'! It is a standard return! Why does it need to be escalated? I have no other means to follow-up except to call the customer service number AGAIN! I decided to return all of it because of this. Let's see how long it takes to get my $6200 back.    Read moreHad a wonderful experience at this store. Darnell helped me out and was super knowledgeable about all of the different products they sell, and very patient with my indecisiveness! I’ve also had to reach out to customer service several times (nothing Lovesac did wrong, because of my own mistakes) and everyone there has also been kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The furniture is a bit expensive in my opinion but from what I hear it really lasts a long time and is quite versatile and customizable. Still waiting to be able to fully assemble mine so I can’t say much about comfort, but it was really comfy at the store!

Since then I have called the store several times and spoke with Sydney, Luke, & Ryan who have patiently answered more of my questions. Today Lovesac was having a sale and I was stuck at work so I called and asked Sydney if I could place an order over the phone if I could not make it in, she helped me design a Sactional sent me pictures and then redesigned it.
