1st impression walking in, was very clean and organized, lovely friendly young lady promptly took my order. Was happy that the kitchen is wide open to view and very clean and organized. Prices competitive and fair. That's were it ends. All of the above I give high marks, however, even though the beef lo mein was delicious, the General Tao chicken was like trying to eat pine cones. Tiny pieces with very little chicken, cooked so dry that what little chicken there was under the batter turned to wood. I called, she said they would replace it, but this is a 20 mile round trip for me and I'm hungry NOW. No apology for the inconvenience. A great 1st experience turned sour by lack of standards and quality control. Wasn't in the mood for battered pinecones. Will give them a 2nd chance tomorrow and do followup review. This was my main go to place to eat. I'm very picky when it comes to any oriental food. So when I first had them was amazing the rice was perfect and they had no problem making it how I like. But this past year I have seen a change and I kept letting it go. We all have bad days but twice in a week is a no go. First my soup tasted like water, my shrimp fried rice had no egg,(I paid extra for it). So I let go. Then a few more times the same thing. Until today. I ordered the same for me as above and my boyfriend the magolign beef since I can't easy thing spicey they put my rice in with the beef and after I called they told me they was to charge me again! China Wok you have to do better. Not only have your prices gone through the roof, but your food has gotten terrible. We came the other night and the General tso chicken had more batter than chicken and had a funny taste. The rice was dry like flour and rubbery and the Krab ragoons had no crab only cream cheese. Egg rolls were dry no flavor even with soy sauce added to them. It was terrible. Had a problem in the past and complained nothing was done so it wasn't worth a phone call again, but with that being said for what we paid for our meal we could have had a nice Outback dinner, but chose you instead. I hate to say this but that will be the last time I waste food or money...
