Best Sushi & Teriyaki — Restaurant in Lynnwood

Absolutely terrible service. Extremely unapologetic staff when they served us, to go, overcooked, black, dry chicken without any sauce. Straight from the grill onto a bed of dry rice and into styrofoam. No extra teriyaki sauce, no teriyaki on the chicken at all and burnt. Gyoza was put into the bag with no sauce so it was dry too. Went back after discovering this once we got home, our fault for not checking and are bad for thinking we could trust them to make decent food, And they were full of excuses. They said customers complained about teriyaki sauce on teriyaki and they like their chicken black. They owned nothing and were completely unapologetic and combative. They eventually made the chicken teriyaki again but this time put way too much sauce on it aggressively clearly. There was so much sauce that it leaked out all over the bag on the way out of the door even though I didn't tilt it. When I show this to them they grabbed it and tilted and poured some of the sauce off and reclosed it and handed it to me and walked away.

I'd rather starve than eat here again. These people do not deserve our business. With all of the teriyaki businesses out there you would think they would try to do something different or special rather than just plain arrogantly treat people like...

I was in the neighborhood and wanted some teriyaki so I decided to give this place a chance. I ordered a chicken teriyaki for $8.99 and my order came pretty quickly (disclaimer it wasn't busy at all which might be the reason behind the speed of service or this might just be the norm). When I opened it, I was honestly surprised by the amount of chicken and food (see below photo), since other teriyaki places I've visited have charged the same amount for less food. The salad dressing is a bit thicker than I typically see but over all the food tasted good. The only complaint I have is that there isn't included soy sauce for the rice. There is some sauce over the chicken that seeps into the rice but in the places that don't have this sauce, it's just plain steamed rice. I'm unsure if you need to ask for a packet or they just don't include them in their orders. It isn't the most horrible thing though so I'll...

I usually have pretty good luck with the best sushi and teriyaki places. I don't come to this one often but I was in the area today.

I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki with fried rice and a dynamite roll and a drink. $27 even the guy at the counter said that can't be right and recalculated... and still came out to $27 super expensive for a lunch. Which they have a a lunch special of chicken teriyaki... (why couldn't you just use the spicy sauce) no difference.

The dynamite roll was terrible. The pieces were huge!!! I like my sushi to be bite sized and these were outrageous! Not to mention they were all end pieces which made them even bigger. And they tasted like fishy seaweed. I love sushi!!!! I eat a lot of it but this was horrible. I took a picture, or i thought I did :(

I like the salad dressing.. my favorite but i dont come to a teriyaki...
