It pains me to put less than 5 stars for a Chick-fil-A, but this location definitely needs some work. I ordered through the app with my available rewards and shared my online order at the beginning of the drive through line and confirmed that I didn’t have a balance to pay (all my items were rewards). So far so good, but that’s when it went downhill. Halfway through the drive through, I was approached by the same individual who confirmed my online order and didn’t have a balance came to me saying that I needed to pay an additional $6. This didn’t match my order since it clearly showed every item as free, so they had to check in with their manager again. However, they came back out once again to state that I did indeed have a $6. At that point we went through the order item by item, and somehow their system had added an extra spicy chicken sandwich to my order. So finally, they went back again to get their manager to remove the incorrect item. Finally, we were at the front of the drive through line and hopefully things would be smooth sailing, but nope. We waited as 2, 3, 5 cars managed to get their food before us (3 of them who were behind us). The food runner also asked for my name several times and seemed to be confused as to why I wasn’t getting my food either. We were asked to pull forward so that the card behind could get by, but it made no sense that our food wasn’t available yet (not a difficult order, only 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, and a drink). At long last, a runner brought out our drink and receipt! But then she was confused as to why I’d don’t leave after handing me the drink. And she clearly didn’t know that we never even got our food. So then she went back to the kitchen to get our food and we were finally finished with the ordeal. Chick-fil-A always has great customer service, but in this case, there was a ton of areas that were lacking. Hopefully they can address some these issues in the drive...
Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would. Rarely do I make reviews but I feel like I really need to make one now as I am very upset. I came in here with my boyfriend for dinner and the cashier was unable to get our order right even after my boyfriend repeated it to him multiple times. Then when I went to the restroom one stall was fully out of order... How is that when y'all just opened?? I waited a good 10 minutes until I was able to use the restroom. Then when I went to the front to wait for my boyfriend to go to the bathroom an employee came up near where I was waiting with our food on the table and made eye contact with me awkwardly, pushing the seat back my boyfriend forgot to push in without asking me if I'm sitting at the table or anything. Then when we were about to leave we checked our food and it was wrong so my boyfriend had to go back inside and get a refund and a new order. Then when I bit into my chicken sandwich it was TERRIBLE. It had the worst consistency, like congealed meat. It was also juicy with grease and I almost threw up. I reached into the bag for a napkin and pulled out a freaking napkin with lipstick smeared all over it. That's a freaking health hazard. If these things weren't already bad enough, the fries were cold and stale as well, as if they couldn't be bothered to cook fresh ones. Will NEVER be coming back here again. It was so bad I may never come back to chic fil a again because I feel so offput and grossed out. Truly a...
Read moreFor the longest time I never understood the attraction to Chick-fil-A. Then I tried the Chicken Minis. Now I get it. It's a good thing these are only available during breakfast or I'd be more of a heavy consumer.
I also enjoy the sweet tea and the hash browns (tater tots in 'wheel' form). I have tried their cross cut fries the lemonade/tea, lemonade/shake, chicken sandwich (lunch and "McMuffin" breakfast variants. It's all good as long as you avoid the sauce. The sauce is quite vile. But that just speaks to the fact I'm unlikely to enjoy anything based on mayo/mustard or any of their friends.
My biggest most critical point of feedback would be to ask them to ask people their level of ice preference for drink orders where that would make sense; e.g. sweet tea. They err on the side of too little. That's great from the not shorting the customer on the drink pov, but not so ideal for people that want an iced beverage for the duration of the beverage. If they would just ask and/or allow for such customization in the app, for ice qty preference beforehand, everyone would win.
tl;dr - Get the Chicken Minis, a sweet tea, and hash browns. Avoid the namesake sauce. ...
