Go here to be attacked by drunks! We went to have a quiet dinner, but unfortunately ended up next to a table of surly, mean drunks who had obviously been there drinking for some time, were running all over the restaurant shoving each other down on the ground, screaming, shouting profanities and just generally terrorizing the entire place. They were obviously over served and needed to leave, but no one at the restaurant did one single thing to try to ask them to quiet down or leave. We ate our meal next to them while listening to yelling, table pounding, falling out of their booth onto the floor, dishes crashing, on and on. We put up with this the entire time we were there. When we finally left, they decided to aim their drunkeness at us, and starting yelling at us to get the f--k out, insulting me, etc. Long story short, they got up and shoved my husband as we were leaving, followed him around the parking lot trying to intimidate him, police were called. All the while the staff did nothing to assist us, just stood around and stared like idiots. I had to call police on my cell phone because they would do nothing after my husband was assaulted. Finally the police arrived to intervene so we could get to our car and leave.
So go ahead and eat here if you want to be confronted and assaulted by drunken strangers, while the staff does absolutely NOTHING to assist, continues to over serve drunks, and gives no apologies for letting drunks run the place while the other customers just have to put up with it. There is no manager in sight, and no one answers their phone when you try to call. I hope this place loses their liquor license and goes out of business! I won't even address the food, which was very average, after having such a horrible experience...
Read moreI would not recommend this place what so ever. Food was not good and service was okay. They are way to over priced for what you get. We were charged over $20 for 6 pieces of fish and a side salad. The part that was the most frustrating was we had taken our 3 kids with us ages very from 9month to 8 years. When asking for recommendations for food the server had pointed out something’s and we agreed to try it. I should have looked at the price but didn’t and she had suggested the most expensive things on the menu. When asking to pay we were informed that we are a party of 5 so we were charged 18% automatically for a tip. By the time we had left we had spent $180 with a $30 tip and didn’t hardly get any food. I understand adding that in if you are a bigger “party” but I didn’t think taking our kids to dinner with us would be considered a large party and have NEVER been charged that when taking our children to dinner. I would have thought a party of 5 would be adults eating. I have already told everyone we know to stay clear of this place...
Read moreAverage sushi experience (takeout). Not a bad experience at all, but nothing stood out. Lots of interesting choices but the sushi rolls were pretty small for the price range. Taste is good, value is less good. This rating doesn't include service obviously.
Phoenix rising - Tempura shrimp with some imitation crab meat on the inside and seared salmon on the out. Standard roll.
Mango tango - Scallop on the inside, salmon and mango on the outside. First few are great, but it got old fast. The mango with pineapple sauce is an interesting combo that speaks to your taste buds initially, but then it got stale and pushed further away from sushi.
Double crunch roll - Shrimp tempura, spicy salmon, and imitation crab meat on the inside. Deep fried outside was a perfect crispy but tasted mostly the shrimp tempura and none of the salmon.
Crispy fire cracker - Fried sushi rice topped with spicy salmon. Rice is too fried, it was pretty hard and not...
