I don't usually write reviews, but after this incident, I felt compelled to share my experience. I believe they are automatically charging tips by default when paying with a credit card.
I ordered takeout and saw my receipt, which included a 15% tip (after tax). When I asked the clerk about this, they claimed there's an option to choose a tip, and I must have accidentally pressed one. However, I paid using mobile Apple Pay tap, and I'm confident that I didn't touch the machine or press any buttons. Read moreThe rice cakes were undercooked, and they were missing half of the stuff it usually comes with, only one egg, no fish cake and no seeds. Prices went up, it used to be $16 now almost $20. I loved coming here but it was such a disappointment and when I addressed the problem to the lady she just said I have to ask for these items next time when I never had to ask for them.
