Panda Express — Restaurant in Lynnwood

(To start with I called serval times and waited each time about 10min with no answer so I decided to write a review.)

I order from here very often due to working close by. I usually have an okay experience they’re a little rude every time when I or others order. Not friendly at this location nor helpful they just tell you to look at the menu and don’t give you a second to order so I just order the same thing every time so I don’t have to deal with anything. Although I tend to just brush off their unfriendliness because my food usually is fine.

Well today I received the grossest food it was super seasoned, no chicken in my CHICKEN egg rolls it was replaced with stuffing and I wasn’t even able to eat my food nor was my family. It was over cooked and beyond gross. Not edible at all. On top of that they never give me the correct portions I seem to always get less and less and have to order extra or get charged an extra $1 for 1 more piece of chicken or an extra veggie on my plate. I always get a plate or bowl at this place almost 4-5 days a week. I was very satisfied with the portion because the original employees give enough or more than what I should get, so sometimes I share with my friends or family.

This new employee they hired (not sure what's his name but I went today 11/8/22 around 3 pm, this guy was the only person in the front), has been counting beef or orange chicken whatever can be counted as pieces when he put in my plates. It's started getting annoying because he's been doing that several times. I'm not sure if he trained that way to give out how many pieces he need to give in each container. Please tell him don't do that in Infront of customers because we are paying whatever has been given...

I work in the mall and some of the times I’ve ordered ahead to pick up have been absolutely abysmal. I understand how busy it can get, but this last time I came to pick up my order, they asked for my name at the register and then proceeded to ignore me and help the next four customers in line. I understand they were busy, but why would you ask me my name for my order and then NOT hand it to me? I spent over half my lunch break (15 mins) WAITING for my food that was already bagged up and waiting for me. I am never going to be ordering from this location again, the staff usually are super friendly despite how busy things are and how few of them are on the floor, but today’s experience absolutely...
