(9/4/23) Found this in my jalapeño ranch wrap. Was eating my sandwich, and felt something really hard to chew. My instinct was to take whatever it was out of my mouth, and so I did. Was very surprised to see this little piece of metal foil. I don’t know if it’s tin foil, or the top covering of a container. It was about the size of a penny, small, but I am sad that this happened. I really love jimmy johns, and I wouldn’t have expected this. I still wanted to finish my sandwich, but in order to feel safe, I pulled everything off and only ate the remaining bread. Yet I still felt scared while finishing the remaining bread. My only ideas as to how this happened are that the workers were rushing and careless when preparing the food. Read moreI just went to this Jimmy Johns location/franchise excited to get a $1 sub with my daughter for JJ customer appreciation day. To my surprise there were no customers and a sign on the door saying "THIS LOCATION NOT PARTICIPATING IN $1 SUB DAY". Seriously?! Not participating. Not giving back to the community that keeps you in business. Not saying thanks to the customers that patronize your establishment day in and day out. You could have heard a cricket at this location. We went to the Jimmy Johns in Howell and enjoyed a $1 sub. The line was wrapped around the building. People having fun with their family's. $1 sub day was awesome at JJ in Howell. Read moreThe manager in this store is rude and has terrible costumer service. He has no compassion or empathy. When we tried to pick up our order, the Milford store pointed out we had accidentally ordered at the store on Milford rd, New Hudson. We tried to cancel the order as we were advised legally we can do it even if the order has been made. The manager in Milford himself tried to help us by calling and canceling to remake it but this man refused and hung up the phone. When I tried to call he did the same, he stated he was not going to cancel it and hung up. We arrived to pick up this order, we asked for the manager who cut me off while I was speaking and it wasn’t until we reminded him of how poor his customer service skills were that he decided to listen and “apologize”.
