We catered a party last week from this location with a fairly large order (>$500). The food was good, however the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service are the main takeaways. The lowlight is in regard to the 5lbs of the Italian Beef Package we ordered. After we picked up the order and arrived home, we realized the bread was missing so we called up the store to ask if we could come back and pick it up. Unfortunately, we were gaslit over the phone by the manager that this location has "literally never done bread as a part of catering" and that we "must've been looking at the corporate menu". Not only did we confirm the amount of bread we would receive verbally when initially placing the order, but I've attached a screenshot of the store-specific catering menu (NOT the corporate menu) which clearly states it's included. The strangest part of the entire mixup was the lack of understanding of our frustration from the manager, who suggested to "just go to the grocery store" (which of course we did, where we were also able to pickup the missing cutlery we agreed to pay extra for). We understand mistakes happen - maybe the bread wasn't thawed/available for the order and we would've understood, but it's the callous customer service combined with the multiple missing details that ruined the catering experience. The missing details: No bread with the italian beef package. No peppers with the italian beef package (we specified sweet). No bread with the sausage & peppers. No cutlery that we agreed to pay extra for. Note: if bread really isn't part of your catering offering, please take the small amount of time to update the menu to reflect that.

Went with 2 of my friends are work got there at 5:00 5:20 ordered our food and the pizza did not come out until 6:30 when the pizza was places on the table it was dry and overdone we ordered extra sauce and extra cheese and it was not on there. The bosco sticks had no seasoning just cheese and dough which was disappointing. We asked to speak to a manager and quietly let him know we were not happy with the quality of the food or the time management of the pizza coming out an hour and half later them ordered. He then persisted to ask if we’ve ever had Aurelio’s before and said this pizza is fine I’ve worked for them for 20 years. The professionalism is horrible you never question your paying guest when they voice their concerns as a manager. We were all very disappointed and won’t be back. SIDE NOTE another table came up to us and agreed that the quality of the food was not up to par as it should be!! But to the new waitress who is 3 days into working there she was great and has high potential coming from managers in other establishments 💜

We are located less than 10 minutes from the restaurant. We received our food 1hr after delivery order. (I understand, business flow can fluctuate) when the food came, it was lukewarm, and it may have seemed if we were the last delivery on the route. Overall the pizza was good, just disappointed at the fact our food was not hot, given the close distance. Also, the value of the food was well over $100 and the breaded mushroom did not even make the tongue jump. You can eat a hand full without the risk of getting burned. The sauce itself was hot, wrapped in aluminum foil, but the rest of the food, If you prefer the food Hot, you would essentially have to microwave it. Our first experience, truly wish it was better. (Cheese was also mixture of yellow and mozzarella) not sure if that the recipe, but once again. Decent pizza, figured it would be much better had it been fresh. When the box was open, this is exactly how the pizza looked.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service, will never go there again. Paint the picture for you: Went there with the family, the hostess sits us and our 9 year old son in the bar when there were open tables in dining area.

I kind of had a feeling that the service was going to be bad because the last time we dined there the service was very poor we had to wait a long time for our food and the pizza was very soggy and chewy at best. So I decided to see just how long it would take to get service so I started my iPhone stop watch.

Next, ask if we could sit in the dining area as there were many tables available. So we moved to the main dining area away from the bar.

Then we proceeded wait for 10 minutes in the main dining area before anyone came to our table for service. The place was not busy it was a Sunday afternoon. We were in the bar area for 5 minutes and no one came to our table.

They did not bring water or a table setting, or a menu while we were sitting at the table.

The food servers walked by us multiple times without as much as asking if we needed a menu during that time.

Then finally a waitress comes to the table and asks if we want anything.

I say yes the manager please, when he finally comes to the table he bends over and says, is there a problem? I showed him the stop watch and he loses it and says this is insulting to him.

Then I tell him that your hostess sat us in the bar when there were open tables in the dining area. Then I say yes absolutely I do have a problem with no service from your staff told him we were waiting 10 minutes with NO contact or service from your staff, no menu, no water, nothing.

Then he loses his temper and states that if we do not like it we can leave, so we left.

I dine out frequently and I have to say that this very poor manager has taken this once nice restaurant to a new all time low for all my dining experience's. He is ABSOLUTELY the worst manager I have ever crossed paths with in all my dining experiences.

This guy is a bum this place has gone down hill over the past few years and it continues to plummet to the depths of poor service

If you like poor service, with long waits, soggy pizza served up with a very bad attitude then I whole highly recommend the place, if not, stay as far away from this place as you...

Won't be back, we were in on a Sunday night and treated very poorly by the hostess. To begin with, my husband doesn’t care for Aurelio’s much, but as it was my birthday weekend I convinced him that we go.

The hostess ignored us when we first walked in, when she did pay attention to us she asked if we were here to dine in, which I replied, yes, two please. “It’s going to be a 15 minute wait, we have one waitress” she told us. Even though there were only 4, maybe 5 tables in the restaurant and nobody was waiting. We asked if we could just sit at the bar, and order a pizza there? She said no. As my husband and I looked at each other confused, she said “sooo go somewhere else? Or wait 15 minutes.” We obviously decided to leave as we felt we were unwanted customers. No apologies, or anything further was said from your hostess as we turned to leave.

I understand there are staffing issues going on, but this was above and beyond rude. All we wanted was two waters and to order a pizza. As someone that worked in college at a pizza place, I know that doesn’t require much attention from a waitress. The hostess, who didn't seem to have much going on, could've sat us down, brought two waters - the waitress could've taken the pizza order, brought it when it was ready, and dropped off a check. That doesn't require much attention at all. Instead we were told to go somewhere else. Very disappointed, I did message the restaurant first, to which I have gotten no response in...
