This event happen when my switched from your store to the Calumet Club.
Today I had an item deliver to my building. We have an intercom system that allows us to buzz the delivery driver in the gate, foyer and even the staircase. I specifically ask that the delivery driver to leave the item in the foyer. I also asked that they not to enter the staircase and come up to my front door to make the delivery for safety reasons. The driver ignored the delivery instructions and climbed the three flights of stairs to place the item at my door. This is very suspicious behavior because it is inconvenient. This was not a random act of kindness as I asked that this person not to come upstairs to my door. Another thing I found suspicious is how the stranger knew which apartment was mine. There are two third floor apartments. I didn’t specify which one was mine just in case my delivery instructions were not followed.
My building is empty during the day so to have a stranger at my front door on the third floor is very dangerous and scary. The driver also had a passenger in the car which is another red flag. Most delivery companies expressly forbid this for liability purposes. The ride along passenger has not background checked. I don't know which person is working from the one who isn't, but I know it isn’t allowed. I don’t know if someone is driving under another person’s name.
This is how a home invasion can happen. The unknown person can commit a crime and driver can just say no one was in the car with them. The safety protocols are in place to keep everyone safe as possible if they are followed. If this happens again, I may have to get rid of my Sam’s Club membership altogether. This was unacceptable and very dangerous both for the delivery driver,...

I'm 10 minutes away from Sam's Club & I order a pizza. Silvia/Silwia picks up & she's great
I get there & a lady at the normal check-out asks if I need help. I say thank you but I'm picking up from the cafe. But since she's talking to me & there's a really long line, I ask what the pickup procedure is. She tells me to go to the pickup area - fantastic. I'll wait in line if needed, but of course I'd rather just grab & go
A tall gentleman with black hair asks if I'm number 10, I say no & say my name. He confirms it was a call in & asks me to wait in line. Ah well, I guess the checkout lady was wrong. No big deal. I wait in line for 15 or so minutes but the box he looked at when I said my name seems to not have any pizza in it as I get to the register & I know the pizza has to be done by now
So I ask him if it's ready before paying. If for some insane reason it wasn't even started, I'm leaving. He confirms my fears when he says "I have to put it in [the oven]" which... I genuinely don't understand how an adult can know there is a customer in line waiting for a pizza pickup and not think "should pop that pizza in the oven"
Queen Silvia/Silwia to the rescue! She corrects him - the pizza was fully ready the whole time & in the warmer. Not only does this gentleman need to be retrained so he's not double baking pizzas or baking preordered pizzas only after the customer waits in line & pays - defeating the purpose of preordering - but now I wonder if he's incorrectly telling people to get in line when it's unnecessary
Please help him out & retrain him before someone less patient blows a...
Read moreI usually love shopping at Sam club, with no problem, but this time I was PO!!!! When I went to pick up a tier cake, that I pre- ordered & paid for 3 weeks prior. All tier cakes have to be paid for when you place the order (Right)? Why the H_ _ _, I was stopped @ the door & ask to show a receipt? I showed her the cake prepaid label, that the bakery gave me. They said that was not a receipt & I couldn't leave the store with the cake. Why, they call the manager & security & wanted me to go back to the bakery to get copy of receipt (Like, I just walk in the store to steal a tier cake) I'm like you go get the receipt, if you want it, I got label they gave me with the cake. I'm leaving.... Why they blocked the door, after arguing with 3 different people at the door for mins, holding up the line for other customers to leave the store. The manager, finally call back to bakery to see if the cake was paid for. (Once again all tier cakes have to be Paid for when you place the order) They didn't ask for the name on cake order or anything. So what was the point? I still couldn't been the person who bought the cake.
They just wasted my time, made me late for my event, made a big seen at the door, cause to much drama, over a cake that was paid for.
I was so disappointed & PO. The way they handled things. They need to have people at the door with more common sense & know how to handle things, in a more professional way. I will not be ordering a cake from this store again or stop shopping at this store. Right now I'm still PO & will be...
