ZERO STAR REVIEW
My daughter got yelled at by the manager Tony for writing on the board by some markers that already had writing on it. I assumed it was a place to test out the markers. I apologized and told the manager to not yell at my daughter and that she couldāve told me or said it in a nicer way. She then proceeded to give me crazy attitude and not accept that she was wrong for yelling at my daughter. Itās a shame, I was super excited about this store! But yeah I wonāt be coming back because of her. Couldāve been a different outcome if she apologized for yelling at someone elseās kid. Seems like sheās like this with other Hispanics RACIST as heck. Pop shelf should not be hiring people like this. Go to Five Below next...

The brunette (older lady, heavy makeup, receipt says āSCOā) very rude, impatient, snotty. First time I had an encounter with her⦠ever. She was just horrible. Did not want to help at all said she was busy waiting on a driver and whatnot. What happened to treating people with respect out of common courtesy. Not a good look for a new business in the area when she is the one in contact with your customers.

Terrible customer service - but the store smelled delicious!
I stopped in and politely asked a older woman standing at the register to help me locate a few things I was looking for... She said she was unwilling to help me, she was busy & I should just try and shop for the items myself.
I'd like to applaud her for her exceptional customer service...
It's no wonder your store is empty & selling things at 90% off...
It's some of the worst customer service I've ever...
