Stout's Coffee — Restaurant in Lytle

I’ve been here 5 times since this place has opened. I don’t live here. The first time my drink wasn’t great, second time it was so good I wished I had gotten a bigger size, 3rd and 4th time drink wasn’t basically milk. I just went since I couldn’t make it to my usual Starbucks this morning. The young lady greeted me. I asked her about the espresso. She told me how many shots in each size. So I proceeded to tell her how I wanted it. She said “ok so you want an Americano” I stated no because it’s not as strong. She told me to hold on. I don’t know how I ruffled her feathers but she went and got the older lady she was working with. She was actually very pleasant to interact with vs Daria Junior. I found myself apologizing for being picky, but even she stated it’s ok because I like what I like. I don’t understand why people get upset when it’s the customers money and they’re expecting something. Anyhow, she made the drink to avoid mess ups. It’s decent. I should’ve gotten a little more sweetener but the younger lady doesn’t realize how much self control I give myself with rude customer service workers and I don’t want to interact with her again. Maddie, Austin, and Nikita. are ALL ON POINT! Customer service in “all aspects.” 💯🙏🫶… but now today was the 3rd time i got something 1)i did not order size wise making it taste like water which i paid $7+ for really. Might as well just remake it. 2) then when they did give me the right size the second time on another instant, The taste was still wattered down even though i paid for “extra syrup.” Lastly… PLEASE TRAIN YOUR FOLKS HOW TO USE THE KEYPAD… for EVERYTHING!!!! … all 3 time were extremely busy and happen to be all NEW FOLKS. Just saying… WE LOVE YOU GUYS 💯. And WILL continue to support 💯....

My first visit to Stouts as I am a loyal Starbucks customer, but needed a professionally made coffee, as im from California and used to walk in or drive throughs!! I have been to Starbucks, Dutch Bros, and many small coffee shops all over Hawaii, Missouri, Las Vegas, Arizona, New Mexico, California, Oregon, and the home of Starbucks Seattle Washington and it's Unbelievable, at Stouts in Lytle i found the best Vanilla Sugar Free Iced Latte!!
