We finally tried out Rachel's today after driving past it a few times a week! Why did we wait so long?! The food was excellent -- my husband was in love with the blackened salmon with shrimp, steamed cabbage (the best) and okra. Since it was a Saturday and they offer barbecued entrees, I tried the cornish hen, collard greens and mac-n-cheese -- all delicious! We also enjoyed their peach and mango teas. Finally, the service was truly wonderful. The owner was very kind and helpful, and we appreciated getting to meet her.
