Where do I begin with this place. Easily the best fast food place in town bar none. I make a point to come here every Wednesday for my lunch break and every Saturday, as well as any other day I feel like indulging. I'm something of a "Cani-addict" The food is always hot and fresh, delicious and not that expensive. Plus you can never go wrong with that canes sauce. The staff is always friendly and courteous whether im dining in, getting take out, or arriving to pick up my mobile order (which is rarely not ready when I arrive.) They never seem to be stressed or overworked despite being a popular establishment. I love the aesthetic as well when dining in. From the old timey pictures, to the sports memorabilia, the early 2000's music and of course the disco balls. My only issue is hardly an issue at all, and that is that don't have a meal bigger then the Caniac Combo. Also, I wish the Caniac Club allowed you to accumulate visits for rewards like free combos but even these gripes are minor at best. Ultimately, I cant say enough good things about this place. If you haven't tried them yet you are seriously missing out. Forget Slim Chickens, Raising Canes takes the victory every...
Read moreGood staff here, efficient and legitimately friendly. I really like Cane's food, and this location does a good job meeting company standards. The chicken fingers are always good but sometimes they're noticeably smaller than other times, making me question the value. If the meal I get were $6 I wouldn't hesitate, but for $10+ I expect it to be more consistent.
Very tasty toast, nicely chewy and toasted just enough. The fries are okay but nothing special, and too soft (never crispy at all) for some people. The sauce is good in my opinion but come on, have SOME variety at least - not everyone likes it. Their "slim" competitor (like in Streetsboro) absolutely destroys Cane's in the sauce department, if not in most other aspects. But of course Raising Cane's simply doesn't believe in variety whatsoever, apparently; they're pretty good at what they do and they stick to that and nothing more, period, the end, full stop.
I'd give three stars for value, but the tenders (chickens don't have fingers, sorry) are tasty enough, and their lines move fast enough, to grant them...
Read moreThe Food is absolutely great!!! That's why we go to Raising Canes, Canes has the best chicken and frys around (down south, Zaxbys is trying to compete, but not even close!). We've been to several Canes.. We go to this location at least once a week because of convenience... Now comes the part of the review I don't generally like to leave. This one, in my opinion, doesn't seem to be very well ran or organized. It also seems like the front counter employees taking your order don't care if you're there or not. They seem disinterested. I don't blame them, its not on them, its just a reflection of poor training and poor leadership. The lobby, esp the table area, is usually dirty, and restrooms too.. oh yeah, no paper towels this visit.. The trash is overflowing, & don't expect to have quiet conversations. The music is soooo loud. We had to kindly ask them to turn it down a few times, (hey I love music too), not off, just a little lower. Sorry for the average/poor review. Thanks. Kind...
