This is the third Visit this month service was horrible. I spent over $40 in food. The cashier at the window was mad because she put me on hold and wanted me to wait at the speaker u til she told me to pull around. I get to the window she said I told you to wait back there, but I had other customers behind me blowing the horn and telling me to hurry up. Keep in mind it wasn’t my fault. That’s why I drove around. She didn’t even speak to me. Just took my card and asked if I needed a drink carrier. So, she started giving me the boxes and bags of food. No thank u or nothing. I get home and the bag she gave me was 73 packs of hot and mild sauce. I’m missing 2 supreme tacos and a drink. The Pepsi I was given tasted like carbonated water. My Mexican pizza is cold. The cheese on top isn’t melted. I have to drive 15 minutes back to the place because the phone is disconnected and I can’t find a number anywhere to get in contact with a manager here. When I finally get back in line i waited about 15 more minutes in line. I didn’t want to get out! That’s the purpose of drive thru. When I told her what was wrong at the speaker she cut me off and told me to drive around. She comes to the window and say I only can replace the tacos and not the pizza. I told her My Mexican pizza is cold and I’m not eating a cold pizza. I asked for the General Manager and she said she was the GM. I don’t believe that. She shut the window while I was talking and told somebody to come deal with me because she don’t have time. Then, she comes back to the window and say she will replace the Mexican pizza. At this point I just want my money back and go somewhere else, she really didn’t have to carry on like that. I just wanted to eat my food hot. It wasn’t my fault they left food out my order. If anybody know who is the primary contact person or the phone number to the restaurant please let me know. I’ve been a general manager for 22 years and I’ve never told a customer No. i believe in making it right. I won’t spend another dime there! Clean your drive thru windows before you try being so rude Ms....
Read moreAbsolutely horrible! Stopped by around 7:10 - 7:15 pm on 7/11/25 and two employees were outside talking with non employees. They walked in as we did. One went directly to the cash register. The other went to the kitchen area and placed her bag of chips on a shelf and not licked but basically sucked her fingers to get the chip residue off. The cashier asked if she could help us and I said, "Im waiting for you both to wash your hands since you just came from outside." The cashier stood there with a blank expression while the other was putting on gloves to prepare food. I told her "You need to wash your hands, not just put on gloves since you were licking your fingers." She looked at me and removed the gloves and began sucking all her fingers. An older employee looked around from the drive thru area and said nothing. The other girl said she heard me but didn't care and continued to stick pretty much her whole hand in her mouth. We turned and walked out. Total disrespect from employees, Total disrespect for food safety or anything else. Totally unacceptable...
Read moreThis is the second time in a row that I've visited this Taco Bell and had an issue. I let the first one go as I went to chick fi la instead after the drive thru girl asked me hold and never came back to take orders. Prompting me and 4 other cars to drive off.
This time I ordered my food and end up getting asked to pull forward that someone would bring it out. Well that never happen. I sat and watched car after car get their order and finally the drive thru girl who was taking an order to another car comes ask "they didn't bring you your food" and I said no and told her what I ordered.
Finally I got what I can only assume was the order of the car next to me because I home and the order was incorrect. This is ridiculous I waited close to 30mins after I order to get my food only to find out its not even right. I tried to give this Taco Bell a second chance but they failed. I am beyond done with this location.
PS giving someone their receipt should be standard practice. Just saying. But like I said I won't be visiting this...
