If I could give a negative five stars, I would. I have been to this cafe a hand full of times and EVERY TIME I have ordered food, my order was wrong. They forgot to put turkey on my caramelized kale panini on one instance and another instance, the cashier didn't read me my order which led to me getting the wrong sandwich at the pick up window. There were other instances that were worse yet the worst experience ever was when I see the GENERAL MANAGER, Rachael Johnson came up to me and asked where I work at. No professionalism was used because I don't know her personally, I do not work for her, and she later chuckled at me when I asked her to point out what I could get for free considering my order was wrong. It states on the bottom of your receipt that you get a FREE treat if your order is wrong. Mind you, I had to ask her about it, it was never offered. Aside from this, someone close to me got "terminated" from this job for calling out of work. They called out and was told their job wasn't guaranteed if they didn't have a doctor's note to prove they needed to call out (by law, a note isn't required to call out). This was their first time calling out and when they arrived the next day, his schedule was crossed out. He went to Rachael to ask if that meant he was fired and she said yes and NEVER presented him with the paperwork stating why there was a termination. Later we find out she never made the paperwork so we waited. When they received the paperwork, the reason was because they "walked out on their shift". This was a blatant lie and when they tried to address this lie to her she said "take it up with someone else". This place of business is the worst I've ever seen or been to in my life and that's no exaggeration. If you want to spend $9 on a sandwich, go to a different Panera Bread. As a GM, you should never conduct yourself as unprofessionally as she does on a daily basis. Read moreI’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but oh my god it has been just abysmal lately. I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup, how do you mess that up? By not grilling the grilled cheese. No joke, it’s just two pieces of white bread with barely melted cheese between it. It’s so obvious there is no grilling done whatsoever, it’s the laziest thing I’ve seen in a long time. I thought maybe someone made it wrong, but no that level of laziness is how Panera does it and is how it’s come every time. That is acceptable to them.
I also ordered chicken noodle soup on another occasion when I was sick. It was so gross and flavorless, I’m just at a loss. The chicken and noodles were a super dark brown color, as if what they gave me was the burnt stuff that’s been sitting there all day long. I’m sick, I’m not trying to get even sicker from this nasty food. I’m not a picky eater, but it was objectively bad. So bad my husband asked me to just please throw it out and he went to the store to get me a can of soup.
That was the final straw for me and I won’t be eating here anymore. There is supposed to be a convenience factor to getting food to go, but I’m consistently finding I’m spending my money here for food that’s inedible. Read moreWe placed an order and paid online for the bagel pack with 11 blueberry bagels sliced and toasted and 2 plain cream cheese and added another plain cream cream, a blueberry cream cheese and an orange juice for myself and coworkers. About 10 or 15 mins after placing the order I receive a call stating they only have 4 of the blueberry and is will be a few hours before getting more. So i was first confused on how the ran out of blueberry already and it is only 10am. I tell her I will get with my coworkers and figure out what to replace them with and call back. Called back 3 times and was on hold for a while before finally getting the MANAGER. I told her what we wanted to replace them with and she tells me they are out of those as well but now they can do the blueberry in about 15 mins. Needless to say we are VERY confused at this point. I tell her Ok we will wait. 26 mins later my co worker who was there waiting to pick them up calls and ask me what all cream cheese we ordered so now I assume they never read the order. I tell him and he gets back with everything and surprise ...surprise...They are not sliced and toasted! We are so frustrated at this point we will probably NEVER order from this location again! Terrible service especially considering a manager was involved! We never even got a apology until calling back 3 times and waiting forever to speak...
