Always have had, fast, friendly, and tasty service and food here. The treat me with smiles and warmth. I would like to see more of the promo prices for their specialty pizzas. The all meat and the chicken taco 2 two of my favorites. They could lighten the cheese just a little on some of the orders and it would still satisfy. As a side note I noticed something funny or interesting about the Domino's sign here as opposed to the one that's receiving all the news attention from San Antonio the one there has it different shadow cast due to the amount of the shape assigned time of day whatever it was but this one's blue the one from San Antonio as white. I don't know if there's a blanket Criterion for the color scheme in their sign or if this is just an outdated color or if the demographic in this area is differin requiring different coloring in order to psychologically influence different types of people. It seems like it would be a double-edged sword. Much like the fact that while all those that participated and helped to make it through the hard times in San Antonio. Feeding all those that it had 2 service in such a short amount of time, would have been nightmarish. You know sometimes we do things cuz we need to push through and pull through usually 4 other people. Never taking into consideration that we just maybe circumventing what God is trying to do. I enjoy Pizza it's delicious if you look at the way the word delicious is constructed literally of or relating to that which is capable of removing the light from a host. So I try to use the word tasty when I describe how something is when it's very tasty rather than good or delicious. Simply put a lot of people we're going to be calling on God now and in the near future and we need to let them. I'm not a monster like I said I enjoy Pizza I enjoy Domino's Domino's in Mountain Mike's that's my go-to now there's a strong argument for Little Caesars cuz I've never not like their Pizza. On the other hand I know that 60% of our energy consumes by digesting and where in the state of fasting and prayer we are closer to God. Read moreI placed an order for a pizza that had everything on it, to include banana peppers, and was told by the representative it was the Extravaganza pizza. When I received my delivery, there were no banana peppers on the pizza. I immediately notified the driver and the store. The driver indicated I needed to return the incorrect pizza, despite my hesitancy with requesting a contactless delivery. Additionally, the manager, Amy, said I would have to now pay an additional cost for the missing banana peppers, and that her employee who took my order was new. I expressed to her that was not my issue, and as the customer, I had already waited for my order to be delivered, just to receive the WRONG order...I said she was adding insult to injury by now charging me for what I originally ordered at the time I first placed my order.
She said her employees do not know the toppings that come on their pizzas, and therefore misinformed me. Again, I told her that was not my issue either, that her employees were not properly trained, and as the customer it is only my job to go by what I'm told. I further told her, the fact they misrepresented to me what was to come on my pizza, per my order, and then delivered me the wrong order, they should be responsible for making it right. She refused, so I asked for her manager's information. She refused to give me her manager's information. I ask that she have her manager call me. Later, I received a call from, Ashley, the general manager, who stated she agreed with how her manager handled the situation. I told her I had reached out to managers at other locations, who ALL agreed the situation was handled very poorly. After, reiterating my disdain multiple times, she finally agreed to give a complimentary pizza on my next order. As a customer, it makes NO sense that I had to go through this. The Madera, Cleveland Avenue location, desperately needs management training on customer service. Read moreI placed an online/delivery order. I tracked the driver. He is off track. It took him a while to get to place. The tracker showed that he was around the corner where there are NO houses. He finally rang the doorbell. He didn’t have my complete order. He left 3 sodas at the store. He told me he would bring them back. My pizza box was slightly open. I took the box anyway. As soon as I opened the box, it looked like the pieces had a fight within the box. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I thought I was being pranked. I’ve been ordering here for years. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I decided to go to the store to take a look at the staff and get a refund: I wanted to see who allowed this pizza to come to a home that ALWAYS give them great business and leave great tips. I went to the store, showed the cashier my pizza, and asked for a FULL refund. I did NOT feel comfortable eating ANYTHING from there after seeing that pizza like that. I also had 6 BBQ wings. The cashier (who claim she was a manger) and another worker, in which she stated was the manager also. She Told me that I can only get a refund for the pizza because my complaint was about the pizza. My complaint is about the service, the pizza, and so much more. On top of that, I was not comfortable with eating food from there. Now, added on to that complaint…. The fact that I have to sit here and go through this back and forth about a mishap on the stores part. I have an in store customer service complaint. I’m appalled. I’m disappointed and so much more. Everything is over. Hopefully, they really did refund the ENTIRE PAYMENT back to my card like she said she would. I want to dead this experience but if not I will wake it back up.
