During our recent trip to Southern California, my family and I had the pleasure of visiting a Dunkin' Donuts location, and it was an absolute treat! 🍩✨ Since there are no longer any Dunkin' Donuts in Fresno, California, we were beyond excited to indulge in some of our favorite donuts.

From the moment we walked in, the aroma of freshly baked donuts and coffee filled the air, instantly lifting our spirits. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and were incredibly friendly and helpful. 😊👋

The variety of donuts available was impressive! We tried several different flavors, and each one was a delightful experience. The classic Glazed Donut was perfectly sweet and melted in our mouths. The Boston Kreme Donut was rich and creamy, with the perfect balance of chocolate and custard. 🍫🥯

We also indulged in some of their unique offerings like the Maple Bacon Donut, which was a perfect blend of sweet and savory. The Apple Cider Donut was a fall favorite, bursting with cinnamon and apple flavors. 🍏🍁

Of course, no trip to Dunkin' Donuts is complete without their iconic coffee. We enjoyed a Caramel Macchiato and a Dunkin' Midnight coffee, both of which were expertly brewed and complemented our donuts perfectly. ☕️😍

The ambiance of the shop was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy some delicious treats. The cleanliness and quick service were also noteworthy, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. 🧼👍

This place had flies in their donuts. Then when they got told about them they proceeded to act as if they were taking the donuts out and fix the situation. Because who wants donuts that flies landed on right? And just because you didn’t see the flies land on all of them doesn’t mean you should keep the donuts and risk it. Even the worker avoided answering saying that she wouldn’t eat em. Anyways, once I seen they were acting to fix the problem me and my gf walked out because we couldn’t get any donuts. On the way to the car we figured maybe we can go back in and see if we can get fresh ones of the ones we wanted. Yet when we walked in ALL the donuts were still there and a new person was ordering donuts and I had to tell the customer myself about the flies. I then told the worker wth is going on cuz it isn’t right yet nothing was done in the end. Very dirty and unprofessional. Throwing away dirty donuts can be replaced. Smfh....

Horrible customer service I refuse to give them my money I rather stick to yum yum doughnuts i went there to get an ice coffee and I told the girl at the register how I exactly wanted my iced coffee and when i took a sip of my iced coffee It was the exact opposite so I told them it wasn’t what I asked for so I waited my ICED coffee was HOT and it wasn’t fixed i went back and I asked who made it the girl told me a manger name Roman so after the 3rd time I got it correct NEVER AGAIN they’re all unprofessional don’t even...
