Dasher here. I'm very patient when it comes to waiting for food at any given restaurant or fast food gig, unlike some other dashers who expect the food to be ready and are rude to employees. Well tonight a customer sent me a message asking me to please ask for ketchup since she didn't have some at home I said "will do". As soon as I walked in an employee asks what's my number for the order I told her and she replied that they were working on it I said "okay can you make sure to add ketchup to the bag" mind you the customer had already included ketchup packets in her order but she had me to double check on that so I did. So the employee says "okay" and I say thank you then I hear another girl employee ask her what I said she told her I asked to add ketchup in the bag and the other girl said something between the lines of why are dasher telling them to do stuff. I ignored it. By this time another dasher who's order was ready had gotten there and was waiting to be acknowledged. Original girl who had to go to lunch or leave for the night glanced at him before she clocked out and said nothing. After some time he had to say excuse me so the other employee (who made the comment) could acknowledge him she goes doordash and he goes yes tells her his number and he leaves. Right after my customers order is ready and since the original girl employee left I say "is the ketchup inside" before I could finish she goes yes and is already walking away. Im almost to the door and she says behind my back "if they're unpleasant people I just walk away" to another employee. how was I unpleasant to me rude would've been say "make sure you add ketchup to the bag" but instead I said "can you make sure..." and then said thank you. On top of that like mentioned I was patient til it was ready but I'm the rude one. That employee was very unprofessional and just plain childish she must've been having a bad day and took it out on me who literally...

I called and asked politely if I go back to the store with my food if they could correct my order I was then told they could comp just the nuggets or I could go in tomorrow to pick it up... why would I want my dinner for tonight tomorrow??? When I explained my frustration with that solution she (Stephanie I believe her name was) then got angry and tried to send me to customer support?? I'm sorry but customer support didn't screw up my order... This was TERRIBLE customer service and as someone who works in the food/service business I'm honestly shocked with how little patience this "manager" had. I'd be horrified to work here and I will gladly never return if that's the standard of employees at this location. ALSO CHECK YOUR FOOD... Because apparently they don't know...
