Madison Club Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Madison Heights

I’ve been coming to this place for years and I’m very disappointed and discouraged in continuing to support this place. The owner and the newest Management team has never ever said Hello to me when they’re here. I have supported this place, took money out of my own pockets to feed customers on Saturdays, when they didn’t have food, so people would come out to support this place. This place was my safe grounds and now I only go there to support Cyndi and Deb, because I absolutely love them. As a Marine I understand that change is inevitable, but too many changes all at one time is NOT professional in any manner whatsoever. Call it what you want but they’re pushing the regular cliental out the door and they are spending their money down the street at the Madhouse or Twins Peaks. One companies loss is another companies gain. The kitchen hours changes every damn week. Most people don’t get off of work until 4 or 5 in the evening and when we/they get there on some days the kitchen is closed,, so now they’re forced to leave and go somewhere else to eat. Terrible plan from A-Z. The Men’s restroom doesn’t have hot water, so it’s safe to say that the women’s restroom doesn’t either. So hot water kills germs and if there’s no hot water, then germs are rapid in there. People will get sick. If you’re so quick to make changes, then fix the foundational issues first. Sick of it. I Love everyone. Also, I went to school for Hospitality Management and I know that if the bar tenders are shorthand that management are supposed to help in any as aspect of the business. It would be a 5 until recently. Highly disappointed with the changes they have made after they listed the place for sale and didn't sell. I have been coming here for a handful of years and always enjoyed myself. This place has changed drastically in the last month and ran all of the regulars away. The regulars weren't acknowledged or even respected; it is disappointing to see the decrease in clientele, decrease in hours, employees being impacted, negative changes, and especially the karaoke changes (losing L Sharp was a mistake) . Came this week and there was not a single person in the bar and the DJ being paid to sit at the bar and playing loop music/set playlist over and over- I can do this on the jukebox), and price increases. Hopefully the owner begins to notice the profits going down due to the changes. Also, the strobe light is very distractive and not good for epileptics! BTW: the bartenders are the best and...

Found a cig butt cooked inside my cheeseburger and they did not charge any extra! Me and my work friends be all sweaty and dirty after working at the tool and die, but the mens don't care at the Mad Club. It dark in there so that helps probably. Not many darkies frequent the place, which is dissappointing. One old timer had a Hershey accident in his britches but just kept on drinking Buds. I played the whole Kid Rock catalog on the fancy jukebox and rocked out! One kareoke singer sounded like two alley cats fighting, but she had good timing.
