The younger girl who took my order was actually very kind and sweet. When I got to the window I immediately apologized and asked if she mind telling me how much to add onion to my sandwich. She called over her manager and she proceeded to ask her how much is it to add onion to my sandwich. cassie glared at me then back to the young woman in front of the register and then back at me again (I instantly became uncomfortable) and confused as to why she gave me such a disturbing look? I was very polite and was willing to pay the change for adding the onions. She walked off with such an annoyed look on her face. I understand people having a bad day, but this was Defiantly Not that. As a health care worker I know how to read a persons body language and demeanor, that is apart of my job. But for this manager to be soo condescending and rude was extremally uncomfortable. I felt so bad for the young girl at the register. She seemed under immediate distress after the manager left. When I received my order my sandwich was very messy, the bread was soggy and the tomatoes and lettuce was under the chicken like my sandwich was made upside-down. And no onion. The fries were all crumpled up and burnt like it was the last batch before closing and those were supposed to be for my 2yr old! I will never return to this location again. In which I should have went with my first choice of McDonald's or even Wendy's. I will be leaving a google review. Hate that I wasted my time and money for seriously terrible food and even worse service. I just threw the whole thing out because I lost my appetite and didn't TRUST that my food was messed with, by the look of that evil...

My wife got French-dip, and we both got curly fries. It was our only meal for the whole day cause we both were tired from work, and spent most our day off watching TV, and naps yesterday. We went to Arby's around 3pm, and by 1.30am my stomach was very upset, now I've been going back and forth to the bathroom for 7times, and my wife puked around 2.30am. I do not want gift cards, or reimbursement, or anything. I just wanted to let you know that something was not right with your food, we definitely got food poisoning, and I'm pissed because I also run a restaurant, so I know how things supposed to work. Read moreNot only were we shorted something and told I was a liar, we also didn't receive 3 sandwiches and received only 2.. (so we were acutally short changed twice). We had a coupon and so it was a bit confusing. That is the only concession I will give them. When I got home and noticed we were missing some food, i called back, and the manager must have answered because she said that the employee who took our order via drive thru misunderstood and so no we weren't getting three sandwiches but it was ok because we were only charged for 2. That wasn't the point, the coupon should have gotten us a free sandwich. Now, I wouldn't written this review IF Arby's headquarters had returned my call as I was told they were going to do via email a week ago and I could have voiced my displeasure to them. If this store's PTB have an issue, take it up with your headquaters. Having already spoken to management, and getting nowhere except being called a liar, I will not communicate...
