I don’t know where the lady who made the comment they seemed bothered to help you❓ This is why I’m leaving a review cause I asked them how to. Because my husband and I have had totally 💯 the different type of service than she speaks about. I can’t stress enough what high quality of service each and every employee gives. It’s like walking into a Ma and Pa restaurant. They differently aim to plz and most certainly do. My husband unknowingly came home (2) weeks ago bragging on them not knowing how I felt and was treated. It’s neat to be able to share the same opinion with the other one even knowing. And the Manager is unbelievable, you wouldn’t even know he was the Manager for the fun loving guy he is to his customers and totally seeks to plz you too. I want to give out (5) STAR 💫 RATING TO THE FOLLOWING EMPLOYEES PLZ AND SINCERELY HOPE CORPORATE RECOGNIZERS THEM TOO PLZ.

The staff seems nice too but the only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because ordering ahead is a complete waste of time because whenever I think I'm saving time, and I'm on a tight schedule, my stuff is NEVER ready and I give them a good hour. For example, I had to take my kids to practice in Lancaster by 6:00. I requested the be ready by 4:30. I get there at 4:45/4:50, and it's still not ready? It's a busy place, I understand that, but isn't the whole point of ordering ahead is so that your stuff is ready on time? I don't mind waiting, but if I am on any kind of schedule, no way would I trust this establishment. I don't think I had this problem at the Bexley location as I do pickups for lunch and everything is ready when they say it will be. Only at the Canal Winchester PS do I have these days.
